We also do all types of drainage and mortar repair. We also offer a tunneling service,. This saves the interior of the home from breakup of slab, tile and flooring.

"I had my house "leveled" a couple years ago now. About a year after they leveled the house I noticed it was sinking. I first called a STRUCTURAL engineer in Dallas. He informed me the company that leveled my house did not go down far enough, the house will sink if they did not reach bedrock or a hard surface. I called Discount Foundation Repair and discussed this with the owner, and he came by to look. He refused to do anything about the house sinking. It is very expensive to level a house! And now I am stuck with a real mess. Also he had cracked my foundation and would not repair it. I am writing this so others will not be swindled."

"After giving many opportunities to make it right, unfortunately my experience was not a good one. Chris, Jeremy and David were all very nice, as were the workers! However, the vinyl siding installation looks like a DIY job gone bad. The cuts and seams look horrible, even after tearing it all out and putting it back on. Some of the cuts left holes, that have since resulted in damage to soffit and behind the siding that I have to deal with now. There are visible screws on the back side of the house that I was told was temporary, until they could get more siding to make the repairs. Because of the length of time it took, 2021-2024 (they had a lot of trouble matching the color for additional siding to make the repairs - even took multiple trips to get siding samples) I think they had “moved on” and I was tired of asking them to come back. I have learned my lesson to get references, and not to trust someone to do a good job just because they are nice. I also made the huge mistake of giving final payment before all the repairs were made."
