Plumbing
Value Rooter claimed they could not access the blockage through the sink cleanout and would have to go through the roof (at extra cost), and then could not clear the blockage. Then claimed I had a broken line in the concrete foundation and they would have to tear up the foundation. I then contacted by insurance company with the issue - the insurance company sent out another plumbing outfit that went at the blockage through the sink clean out and cleared it. This is by far the most unprofessional, unreliable company I have dealt with in a very long time. If you hire them, you have been warned.
