Discount Foundation Repair is a family owned business with home base in Waco , TX . We repair both slab and pier and beam foundations . We offer several different methods of repairing foundations. We also do all types of drainage and mortar repair. We also offer a tunneling service,. This saves the interior of the home from breakup of slab, tile and flooring.

"I had my house "leveled" a couple years ago now. About a year after they leveled the house I noticed it was sinking. I first called a STRUCTURAL engineer in Dallas. He informed me the company that leveled my house did not go down far enough, the house will sink if they did not reach bedrock or a hard surface. I called Discount Foundation Repair and discussed this with the owner, and he came by to look. He refused to do anything about the house sinking. It is very expensive to level a house! And now I am stuck with a real mess. Also he had cracked my foundation and would not repair it. I am writing this so others will not be swindled."
