"My backyard is very large and with the heavy torrential rains increasing each year, my garage kept flooding. I tried many different approaches from many other companies over many years to include the French drain I installed. None of the fixes worked. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work.
