"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"Sam was helpful with the problem and well experience. Very friendly and assist me with my problems. My computer has not been checked for awhile and he showed me that things that need to be deleted so that it will work smoothly. The problem i was having most was the connection of my lenovo computer and my printer. This was the reason why I contacted Angie's List. It was nice that I got this company and I would like to thank Sam for his patience. Thank you much"
