"I like the water filter they gave me. I can get the water straight from the tap. They gave me a free installation because I am an Angie's List member. All the salt is removed from my water. They told me if I referred anyone to them they would give me $500 credit. My skin feels better and all my food and coffee I make with my water taste better. Installing a salt filter is not as good because you end up loosing 300 gallons of water a month. One time I called to tell them my filter was leaking and they found everything was running and they didn't charge me."

"I just had the pleasure of having Aquatech install a new reverse osmosis system at my house.
Tim, the owner, showed up on-time, had everything required for the install, and did the install in a timely manner. I?m the type of person to ask all sorts of questions and Tim was happy to talk to me about water filtration as well as a variety of other home services needs. You can tell he?s serious about what he does and takes pride in his work. The price was fair and I will definitely use Aquatech for any future water filtration needs.

"excellent. He contacted me and said he was in the area and he came right away. He looked and gave an estimate on labor then, with approval, got the parts and installed the parts quickly. The whole process took about an hour once he arrived. Thanks"

"It was great. Took about 5 weeks start to finish once we had all of our materials. We removed our Jacuzzi tub and installed and walk-in shower, new floors, replaced all of our cabinets, counter tops and re-floated the walls. The finished product looks wonderful. The Blue Diamond team did everything they could to ensure we would 100% satisfied with the finished product."

"Before work began, I indicated I was concerned that removing the old sink would damage the surrounding countertop.  Even though Bond Plumber was cautious, the countertop did crack.  It was repaired and glued, but damage is still visible.  I don't fault Bond for the damage as the old sink was epoxied onto the countertop.  Also replaced a wax seal in an upstairs toilet.  Both jobs were completed in 2 hours and Bond did a great job of keeping the work area clean.  I would use Bond again for my plumbing needs.

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

Natural stone stinks require sealing before installation because they have a porous surface susceptible to staining and damage. Quartz is much denser than natural stone, making it non-porous and resistant to stains or absorption. Because quartz is a composite material, it doesn’t need to be sealed before daily use.

Never pour used motor oil down the drain. Doing so can have serious environmental consequences, including contaminating groundwater, endangering animals, and killing vegetation. It can also clog your pipes, causing backups in your plumbing or the wastewater treatment plant. In most places, pouring motor oil down the drain is illegal, whether you do it in your home or a storm drain.

No, all faucets are not compatible with all sinks. Because your countertops and your sink likely have a set number of holes already built in, you’ll need to find a faucet with the same amount of holes to work with your existing sink.

Tools include pipe wrenches, plungers, and augers. Professionals use advanced equipment for complex issues.

Today’s standard sink stopper size is 1.5 inches. However, you can still find different sizes if your house uses an older sink stopper. Other sizes you can find in most hardware stores include one inch, 1-1/4 inch, 1-3/8 inch, 1-5/8 inch, 1-7/8 inch, 2 inch, 2-1/4 inch, 2-3/8 inch, and 2.5 inch.
