There were some scheduling hiccups and initially the window trim was painted with a flat finish rather than semi-gloss. I talked to them and they very quickly and professionally redid it."

I could not follow this logic as the glass and the windows were in decent shape. I was glad that I was able to connect with Brook. He stopped by to dissemble the window rails and took the parts he needed to replace with him. He was very nice and played with my dog! He came back in a few days with the right parts and fixed the four windows in a couple of hours. He was very detail oriented to make sure the pull-up and push-down of windows were balanced and I think he did a terrific job! Right now I enjoyed so much of the ease and smooth of opening and closing the windows! Sooo happy with the service!"

They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together."
