"Mike really worked with us to get what we needed at the price we could afford. After the first estimate came back over our budget (but still reasonable for what we were asking), Mike allowed us to change our request and adjusted the estimate and work accordingly. Instead of new siding all around, we had them put new siding on one side and caulk and paint three sides of our 1350+SF house that's up on stilts. He made excellent recommendations of materials with good explanations—for example, low E Simonton vinyl windows instead of aluminum. The workers are skilled, polite, and friendly, even when things were tough. This old house didn't want to let its single-pane windows go! And they had to find extra-long ladders to finish the trim around the windows and paint on one side. When impending storms caused a temporary shutdown of the project, they made sure everything would be dry and secure. Communication was good throughout the project—when there was a misunderstanding about what work was to be done, it was quickly cleared up.
