They made me wait around for hours while they were busy else where, and then canceled. The 2nd appointment I told them I had to be somewhere at a specific time. Come the day, they did not show in the morning and wanted to arrive AT THE TIME I TOLD THEM I HAD TO BE SOMEWHERE ELSE! Pissed me off so badly, I am leaving this negative review for the original pro. Don't use these people, it's not worth the aggravation!"

They installed a janky suction line layout with multiple sharp 90° elbows before the pump, causing cavitation anytime I pull from one line. They completely skipped installing an expansion joint at the skimmer, which is a basic requirement that even rookie pool guys know to include. The plumbing looks like it was done without any thought to flow, balance, or long-term performance. They clearly never tested the system, never checked for suction issues, and left me with something I had to diagnose and fix myself. This isn’t just sloppy — it’s borderline negligent. Since then, I’ve had a legit Hayward dealer and experienced pool construction manager come in to clean up their mess. Night and day difference in quality, professionalism, and actual knowledge. Bottom line: If you value your money, time, or sanity — stay away from Integrity Pool Repair. Their name is a joke, and their work speaks for itself."
