"With the guidance of Z&Z we were able to totally update our pool, cool deck, and equipment. Ozzie and his team of professional installers worked hard to move the project along. Some spring showers caused delays but we were always kept informed. The work area was kept clean. The first order of business was to repair a leak at the skimmer. Once that was done, Z&Z prepped the pool for replacing the old waterline tile and replastering. We were provided with a number of plaster options and encouraged to consider add-ins that we didn't know existed. The results are amazing! The coping is gorgeous travertine that will be sealed with a gloss finish to show off its texture and colors. The cool deck was updated and a lingering problem from the original pool construction (the electrical line from the light was placed above the deck but once hidden by a diving board removed long ago) was addressed. We can't wait for swim season! Pricing was transparent and fair. We recommend Z&Z to anyone looking for a solid company that provides great service."

"US Pool provided a pool design based on our budget. The quote included several options. Their quote included superior products, design, and warranty. They walked us thru the process and explained the various stages of construction and what to expect (no surprises). They obtained the appropriate approvals, and began work on time. It took only 30 days from the time excavation began until the pool was being filled; so they were very efficient. US Pool insured that the stress and anxiety of a construction project was kept to the minimum. We would strongly recommend them to anyone considering installation of a pool."

"A bit conflicted on how I feel. First off, the gentlemen who did the work were awesome! Fast, efficient, polite, professional, courteous...outstanding. My problem, however, involves the fact that I purchased the 4 recessed light installation offer after asking SPECIFICALLY if it would cost more to have them also remove the fluorescent light box. The response was "no." I was very clear in my request. However, once the installers arrived and called the office about the light box, I was charged an additional $100 to have the box removed. I was too prepared to have the work done to argue about the additional price, and would LIKELY have paid it up front had they been honest from the get-go. All-in-all, it left a bad taste in my mouth, and that's the primary reason why I gave them lower scores on professionalism and price. The offer also mentioned a "comprehensive electrical inspection." That is VERY misleading, because all they do is make sure the lights they installed work. Note: their package does NOT include drywall repair, so I have a huge mess in my ceiling and am no looking forward to the added cost of hiring someone to repair that. If you don't have to have any lighting removed, there should be no drywall issues for you, however. I would like to think my experience was an anomaly, so I might consider using them again, as the quality of the work was mostly fine."
