Danny and team great to work with

We hired them to remodel our pool. Project went fine, but after awhile we started having issues maintaining the chemicals. After new pumps, refreshing filter sand, and multiple pool maintenance companies we finally realize that they never removed the main drain plug from when the were redoing the pool. Then the coping stones started to bow and dislodge. I understand that this happens but trying to get ahold of this company is tiresome and trying. Over a year now, and we are being told that we are just now on the schedule. This customer service is horrible and the money I've paid troubleshooting their mistake would have paid for the entire job.

Danny remodeled our swimming pool a year ago. His men did a great job on the pool and built a spectacular waterfall feature. Danny had lots of good ideas and followed through on all of his promises. We hit some minor issues in conjunction with an outdoor addition going on simultaneously, and Danny was prompt in, making changes to the pool remodel to accommodate the addition. It has been a year, and we are still very satisfied with the quality and beauty of the work. When Danny started, our pool was not level. His men leveled up the pool beautifully and we are enjoying the beautiful remodel. His quote was substantially cheaper than several other contractors from whom we received estimates. He did the work for the price he quoted, and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Danny for any pool remodel. We needed a couple of adjustments to things after the project was completed, and Danny has always been very accommodating in addressing our request without additional charges.

Replaced copping and tile, crew did excellent work . Danny worked daily to get chemicals back in balance.

My experience was positive. I hired the company to remodel my entire pool including resurface of the pool deck. I found the work to be first class and it turned out better than I imagined. We did have an issue with the pool deck but after a conversation Danny sent the team out to handle the issue. I have and will continue to recommend this company. Mr. Williams' subcontractors did an excellent job. We had a firepit built and Jose was very meticulous about his work. He went above and beyond what we expected. It took him a couple of weeks and he suggested alot of things we never thought of. If you want to see pictures we've got them. Another subcontractor that did excellent work was Benjamin, our back patio was slippery when it was damp., he put a surface finish throughout the entire patio and around the pool that didn't get too hot and was not slippery. He was also very meticulous.

We sought out 5 or 6 bids for a pool resurface and settled on Williams. Danny was very professional and very friendly. We knew there were some changes and updates we needed to make, but didn't quite know what. Danny gave us some ideas, said "trust me". We did and it turned out great. He made some improvements in the cleaning and circulation I didn't even ask for that have made my pool maintenance much easier. I'd highly recommend Williams Pool Company.

Mr. Williams was professional, timely, and offered excellent service. Our pool was remodeled completely and he acquired every piece of equipment needed for our pool remodeling. Even though finding pool equipment is difficult at best because equipment backorders go on for weeks. We never waited for any pool remodeling service he provided. The work crews he used were professional, timely, and very efficient. You can count on Mr. Williams to walk you through every stage of the process and meet every need you request. Our pool turned out beautifully and quite honestly looks better than it did when it was first built a few years back. Even Mr. Williams's follow-up pool care is extremely professional as he doesn't stop just because your pool is done. He checks on you and the pool for several days to make sure every piece of equipment is effective and efficient. You will always be grateful you hire Mr. Williams for any of your pool needs.

Hired this company to re plaster my pool. They made several mistakes during the quote, and I was subsequently nickeled and dimed for their oh, I did t see this or that . Besides understandable weather related delays, there were many miscommunications on when workers would show up, causing aggravation. They did a very average job in the end. Would not recommend them. Their customer service lady was delightful, but lacked the ability to get mistakes corrected.

Danny Williams the owner of this company did a supper job my pool was builded on the year 1981 and you should see it now. I went with pebble tec plaster and I am amazed it is beautiful. His assistant texted me every time someone was coming, she kept me informed all the way until it was completely finished. The pool had four plasters that had to come off, before the plaster job could get started. I am very please with the total finished job. I am very please and so very happy I used Williams Pool Company for the job 👍

Mr. Williams runs a very professional company. The installers were experts at their work. The pool and deck resurfacing was the work scope. There were a couple of small cosmetic issue and they were resolved quickly and with no issues. Mr. Williams goal is customer satisfaction and that was what happen. I am a retired General Contractor and I know what I am looking at. I highly recommend Williams Pool for any pool/deck resurfacing.

Great service. They did an excellent job. What was supposed to be a 3-day remodel, turned into a 2-week project, but was not the fault of Williams Pools. The wrong tile was shipped, then our selection was discontinued. Danny made up for all the delays, going well beyond what we expected. We resurfaced, recouped, and retiled. The work is great and I would highly recommend them for any pool work.
