We offer all types of swimming pool repairs and offer leak detection services and leak repairs. We also repair and install all types of pool equipment, such as filters, pumps, heaters, timeclocks, etc. Even though we currently do not offer weekly maintenance, we can help with clearing up a pool, treat algae, clean filters, change out sand in sand filters, etc. We also Install handrail and slides, mastic (caulking) between coping and deck to prevent erosion under deck. We are family owned and operated with over 35 years of Professional Experience and have been in business for 24 years. Our policy is to treat our customers honestly and fairly. $3K for Cavitation, Chaos, and Zero Integrity I paid $3,000 expecting professional-grade pool plumbing and got contractor-grade garbage instead. They installed a janky suction line layout with multiple sharp 90° elbows before the pump, causing cavitation anytime I pull from one line. They completely skipped installing an expansion joint at the skimmer, which is a basic requirement that even rookie pool guys know to include. The plumbing looks like it was done without any thought to flow, balance, or long-term performance. They clearly never tested the system, never checked for suction issues, and left me with something I had to diagnose and fix myself. This isn’t just sloppy — it’s borderline negligent. Since then, I’ve had a legit Hayward dealer and experienced pool construction manager come in to clean up their mess. Night and day difference in quality, professionalism, and actual knowledge. Bottom line: If you value your money, time, or sanity — stay away from Integrity Pool Repair. Their name is a joke, and their work speaks for itself.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with Integrity Pool Repair -- You guys were so helpful by phone - I knew I was going to like you! Integrity walked me through doing a "Bucket Test" which I had never heard of! It game them all the info they needed ahead of time to assist them in looking for the leak to my spa. Fast, efficient and honest. Super pleased with both the office staff and the pool technicians!! Thanks again for a great first impression! I'll be using them soon to replace my pool and spa lights ... And I'll be using them from now on! And Your guys were so fast to get there, and my brother said it was amazing how quick the two techs were to find the two leak issues! So, thank you again. I'll be sure to leave a review! PS: Don't forget to send a quote on the white lights, and the LED lights (2 for the pool and hot tub)!

Crew arrived on time. They were very professional did a great job of locating leak. Next day another crew arrived and replaced skimmer which had a hair line crack. The clean up was so good you wouldn't know they had been there. Next day water line had not changed. Very happy with there work.

Integrity is fantastic. I've know there was a small leak in the plumbing of my pool but couldn't identify where it was. An fairly large area by the pool equipment was always wet and muddy. I had another pool leak detection company out about 1-1/2 years ago and they found nothing. Since then I've had the irrigation system dug up and there was nothing wrong. The two very professional gentlemen spent all day (9+ hours) Friday to locate the small leak in one of the scupper pipes under the decking. I think the price is very fair considering the amount of time it took to find the leak - especially since the other company could find nothing. Looking forward to Integrity (a very appropriate name for the owners and staff of this company) coming back to remediate the leak.

The pool was tested for leaks and it was determined that the main drain line as well as the skimmer baskets were losing water. The main drain was plugged until the repair could be done and the skimmer baskets were sealed to the structure. They were very professional and efficient.

Integrity Pool Repair did a great job. Within a few days of our initial discussion they had a person onsite to perform the work. He performed a full check on the plumbing and cracks within a few hours and determined they were no leaks there but determined that the pool light was leaking. This was the 2nd pool leak detection company we have used and Integrity was hands down better.

The guy that was referred was Jim Jacobsmeyer. He showed up and diagnosed the problem, but I never received an estimate that was supposed to be forthcoming. No fault to this company.

I called Integrity just before the July 4th weekend. Talked to the lady in the office she explained how they were busy trying to service some customers before the holiday. I told her that I would call back after the holiday weekend. Called them twice on the 5th left a message on the first call and when I did not hear back from them, called again later that afternoon and made arrangements to have the work looked at. The serviceman came out, looked things over and said that I would be hearing back from the office the following day with an estimate. That was a week ago. Called again yesterday evening and left another message. 11:00 this morning and still no call back. Based on the Angie's List rating I expected a firm with a focus on customer service and timely responses. My personal experience proved otherwise. Why would I want to do business with someone that I have to initiate all of the communication. I done, and looking for someone else.

I have been using Integrity Pool Repair for several years, and they have always done a great job. I recently hired them to replaster and retile my pool. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Tom and Ann, the owners, were there at every phase of the job, making sure it got done well and on time. They even brought me tile samples catered to my taste and answered every call and email promptly. Any time I had a question or concern they handled it very professionally. The entire job took less than a week, including rainstorms. I was extremely grateful with how quickly they worked, especially since I have dogs and they were not able to be in the yard for the length of the project. This was definitely a 5 star service.
