"BEWARE!! There were multiple projects that needed to be done in our home since we had a flood. The owner John stated he could handle the project. Out of everything that needed to be done not one job was completed properly. We?ve asked for a refund on the project since we had to hire a different contractor to make our house right, and was told good luck. Do not trust this so called company that doesn?t do business as they should. Very unethical at their way of handling situations and doing the right thing for their customers. Do not pay them nor give them a chance to rip you off as well. There are so many photos to attach, but here are a few which are pretty horrifying. "

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

At the lasts minute, I figured I would ask him if he could also fix the siding / wood rot around the entire exterior of the house. Even though this fell outside of his specialty, he found a way to make it work and quoted me a very fair price for the requested services.
