I had 19 windows of different sizes in need of blinds. I contracted Sandy to install my blinds, she was very professional from taking the measurements of each window, ordering the blinds, and having them installed. My blinds look fabulous. I highly recommend Decorators Delight for this job.

We recently had the good fortune of working with Sandy Grimes from Decorator’s Delight, in November, on new draperies, bedspread and upholstery for our master bedroom. Sandy brought many ideal samples to our home and was very patient in helping up select the right fabric. She took perfect measurements and made great recommendations on the style of both the draperies and bedspread. The results were amazing! Our bedroom has been completely transformed. We wish we had done this years ago, but we are very happy to have had it done. In addition to our bedroom, we had an old ottoman reupholstered. We had looked for years for someone to do this and Sandy had excellent fabrics and finishing notions to choose from. We give Sandy our highest recommendation for her expertise and great service.

Sandy is a sweetheart! We recently moved to TX & Decorators Delight was recommended to us by a local retailer. Needed to have a couple intricate Baker chairs recovered & they did a great job. Only took 2 weeks from the time they picked up the chairs from my home. Also replaced 9 window treatments with Hunter Douglas grass shades. Scott did the installation in 1.5 hours. Look great! Sandy is very easy to work with. She brings everything to you. I look forward to having her help with some additional projects in our new home.

What a breeze. Met with Sandy at my house; picked up my chairs and fabric. Promised completion within 2 weeks and it was done within a week. Chairs were returned and they look great. Very pleased with the workmanship/quality and the experience. Sandy is a jewel to work with. Already planning to use her on window treatments.

To say that I have been extremely pleased with Decorator’s Delight would be an absolute understatement. I contracted with Sandy many years ago for some custom drapes and had lost her contact information. Because she had done an excellent job for me, I set out to find her again. My husband and I were in the process of moving and needed some of our existing drapes to be uninstalled from our old home and modified to fit our new home. In addition, we were needing new drapes, blinds, and shutters. I started researching decorators and found Sandy Grimes again on Angie’s List to my extreme delight! She handled all of our needs with such professionalism, patience and overall expertise that we were so grateful to have found her again. Sandy and crew were wonderful to work with! She was very responsive in working to figure out which blinds we needed for each room. When changed inevitably had to be made due to manufacturer issues, she quickly got with me and made the necessary adjustments. All the blinds in my house look great!

Sandy was such a wonderful professional! She assisted with new window treatments in our master bedroom and our formal living areas. She offered a lovely variety of fabrics and trims. She visited our home and helped select fabric according to each of the room's surroundings, matching paint and sofa colors! Sandy scheduled and always kept our appointments and was very responsive to any questions. She was also very good to keep us posted as to delivery status. Sandy was great and I would go back to her for any future needs for our home!

I have purchased shutters from Sandy at Decorator's Delight for several years, and I have known her for over 40 years. My new den shutters were just installed and they are beautiful. The finish is painted as slick as glass. She did a great job and always does. If you compare her prices to other companies, she beats them all! Get a quote from her and you will see. She does all types of window treatments and bedding. I am very pleased with the results.

Sandy was VERY professional and we decided to go with her company. The first order of the window treatment did not fit as the company that built the "half moon" blind for some reason did not use Sandy's measurements. When we received the second Blind set, the installation was perfect!! The worker that did the job was FANTASTIC!! He was very professional during both shutters being installed working with me and the final shutters were installed in NO time...very quickly and professionally!! The design & planning in the selection of patterns & colors and options was professionally done. The formal dinning room & master bedroom drapes and three custom fit Hunter shades were ordered to exact measurements. The installation went smoothly and the result was an "outstanding job". I would totally recommend them to make your home have a fresh new look. It certainly improved my property value making a more enjoyable experience living in my home. Using white drapes with taupe embroidery in the dining room with a bronze zip line rod brightened the room, bringing out the colors already there. In the breakfast, Hunter Douglas Nantuckets same color as wall paint, helped to shade the sun coming in on the TV. These shades are so versatile, being able to block out sun with the sheers open, closing them for privacy, or raising them to the top for full view. Master bedroom turned out beautiful by adding the drapes of fabric with Tiffany green embroidery floral and taupe linen background. This project was in the Austin area."

They provide a shade that you can open, and still get protection from the UV rays, or close, and get more privacy, or raise to the top. The motorization provides such convenience for raising and lowering them, which is a great feature, thus, not being one of the less expensive shades. You were both a joy to work with!"

Excellent! We were so pleased with how the shades turned out and how functional they are with blocking light when down and being raised and high enough so the kids can't tug on them. Sandy was very knowledgeable about the different types of fabrics and style of hanging them which really helped us narrow it down from all of the samples she brought to our home. She measured and the shades came in very quickly and were installed in no time. Highly recommend!
