We were very happy with the service, price and installation.

Blind Depot made me aware of the window-covering options, answered my questions, let me look at sample books to shop for potential shades and made color copies or let me take samples to view them at home so I could make an intelligent choice. When I made a selection, they measured my windows. In a couple of weeks, after the shades were constructed, they installed the shades professionally and on time. Also repaired a ceiling fan. Everything went as well as it could have. I'm very pleased with the results. I used Blind Depot again about a year later.

Blinds installed first while shutters ordered fr later delivery. Both installations were prompt, professional and exhibited quality workmanship. Chad was our installer on both occasions and i cannot speak more highly of him. This is a fine company

They had to do cutouts of 4 of the blinds because they were in the kitchen where we have trim and wainscoting that goes into the window. They did a great job! We are so pleased with the blinds and the work they did installing them.

The folks at Blind Depot are a delight to work with.  Brent, the sales person is very knowledgable and provides a great eye.  I've worked with them on 3 occasions and I never feel like he's overselling me.  Chad, the installer is extremely professional, neat and conscientious.  They're not the cheapest out there, but the service they provide is well worth it.  I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

A representative came to the house, I looked through the books to pick out what I wanted. There was a very wide selection of items available. He made suggestions on what he thought and why, which I appreciated. I came to a decision. I paid half down and the balance upon installation. The special order ceiling fan/light was exactly what I wanted. The company was flexible with my time schedule. Everyone I dealt with was more than helpful, honest and professional. The installer was courteous, speedy and cleaned up every single thing before he left. l I am more than satisfied and I would recommend this company to everyone. I spent approx. $ 3,500.00

My experience turned out well. I felt confident with them.  They were very responsive and prepared to do the work. They were wanting to get the job done quicker than they anticipated.

In the end, everything worked out. We did have a big problem but they took care of it. The installer damaged my new window and frame but they took care of all of the repairs. I will continue to work with them.

They were always on time and delivered exactly what I ordered.  The blinds fit perfectly.  They managed to get me a volume discount with the manufacturer. They came back a couple of times to make a couple of adjustments at no extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone.

They came when they said they would. When you go to the store, they take care of you quickly. They are experts at what they do.

My expereince was fine. They are very knowledgeable and knew their product. They were a big help on placing cords for raising and lowering the blinds on the doors.  They were punctual on delivering the blinds and professional.
