"I had a contractor come out prior to AM Roofing. The contractor found the problem, gave me a quote. I decided to get another quote as I wasn't satisfied with the repair workup. I called AM Roofing, he set up an appointment and came right over. Went on the roof, showed me where shingles were loose and could be lifted during heavy winds and rains. If repaired could prevent future leaks and further roof repair or replacement. Gave me a two-year warranty, and repaired the roof the same day. The price was reasonable and within budget. "Absolutely pleasant experience!! James came over and got up on the roof, did an inspection, told me what i had already knew. It was time for a new roof. We talked about different options and how to best fit my house within my budget. Out of the 3 contractors i messaged, he was the only one that made me feel confident. 1 told me "we only do insurance claims, not full out of pocket roofs"... another would only give me a bid over messages.
