He had to work hard to get all our challenges accomplished, because our roof had need for two crickets which is now required but was not when our last roof was put on. Our insurance company did not want to pay an appropriate amount in April during the covid challenge so we had to go to arbitration. They did get everything done for us including almost all of our gutters replaced even after our insurance company tried not to replace the gutters."
