TX Gutters

Called to report a unsafe drive that cut me off during a really bad storm. I provided the license plate number to Bianca (she said owner). I then get a call back from said "owner" to pretty much try and justify her driver's actions. She ask for the plate number that I had already provided. She then ask if I has pictures. Why would I have pictures when I am driving?? After the harassing call to try to justify the drivers actions she suggested I was having a bad day. I let her no I am not having a bad day but you called to justify and bother me after I called to report the crappy driver and you want to play telephone between me and an employee during a storm. She asked how I got the number, well the truck has the phone number displayed loud and proud. I do not see how they have that many stars but I bet they are paid for or family members. I can not wait to see her justify it with a reply to the review. First call was smooth second call that was not and should not have been made not so smooth. I still stand behind my comment you suck at the way you handles this as a business owner. F*** you very much!!

On time, great value and great service

Fantastic work! They came on time as promised and got to work right away. They did a great job and I love the results. Now I’ll just wait for some rain to test the flow of the water with the new gutters. I am now considering them to fix other issues with some siding and potentially paint the whole exterior of the house.

quick and easy

Blanca, the owner, came out and we walked around the house as she explained what work was needed along with providing a reasonably competitive estimate. When we were ready, the TX Gutters' crew came out and got to work immediately: they removed all of the old gutters and downspouts, repaired and replaced all the soffits and fascia as needed, and caulked, painted and installed new 6 inch gutters and downspouts for the entire house. The crew was friendly, efficient, clean, easy to communicate with, meticulous and willing to go the extra mile on a few areas of concern. Overall, we are pleased with the work.

Blanca first came out and gave us an estimate. She was very prompt, polite, and professional, and with great knowledge she answered all questions and made suggestions to improve the gutter system. She really took her time explaining everything about the work that would be done and broke down the estimate she proposed. On the day as promised, the work crew arrived promptly and performed the work as necessary. They finished the job in a day and a half, and work performed seemed to be very well done. I was very happy with the materials that they used as they appeared to be solid and well-constructed. The onsite crew was very polite and professional, and they also answered any questions that came up. Once the job was done, we were very happy with the work performed, but we had an issue with one of the down spouts. We called Blanca and asked her if she could have the crew come out and move it from the front of the house to the side. She mentioned that TX Gutters was very busy at the time, but she promised they would be out as soon as they could. A couple days later while I was bringing in groceries, I happened to notice that the down spout was moved to the requested spot on the side of the house. I was very impressed with this level of service and professionalism, and I was very grateful for this. I highly recommend TX Gutters for any such work, whether it is a complete job as I had, or for any repairs or modifications. They gave us a fair price, used good materials, and demonstrated professionalism all throughout this process. They also worked within our timelines as we had to postpone things a couple times due to various conflicts. Estimate was competitive and a good value. What set TX Gutters apart was they were the only ones to notice routing & efficiency issues and include suggestions in the bid that made sense for my house. Crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and detailed. The same crew handled the entire project and was not sub contracted out so I didn't have to hunt for secondary bids in order to get the project done. TX Gutters is a family owned business with Blanca serving as the business manager, estimator and scheduler and her husband, Nico, serving as the crew boss. Nico is not just the crew boss but a craftsman in the traditional Italian sense; he is a perfectionist and takes tremendous pride in doing good work. Additionally, they have an excellent crew and Nico has done a great job teaching them which is evident by their quality work. Their task for us was to replace older gutters, repair and replace soffit and fascia as needed and paint. The job was complicated by some drainage issues off of a balcony and repairing the mistakes of a previous crew that was fired. In short order, they were very responsive to my initial call and the pricing was very fair. Blanca stays on the business details and the crew showed up on time and began work immediately. They are professional, efficient and just plain nice to work with. The results were excellent with an exceptional (and uncommon) attention to detail. Good contractors of this caliber are difficult to find and they will be on my permanent list of recommended contractors. They have my highest recommendation and I would certainly hire them again without hesitation. Total cost of project @ $7500.

Excellent. Blanca and her team were prompt, professional and extremely reasonable. They did an amazing job replacing our downspouts and cleaned up the entire work area of any debris. I would highly recommend TX Gutters and I WILL use them again.

I got 4 quotes for gutters. My house was a pricey job, because every single edge of the house has a roofline runoff, and I also have a detached garage. TX Gutters was the only one that walked me through how many downspouts they recommended due to how long some of the stretches of gutters had to be. I went back and looked at my other quotes, and TX gutters recommended about 25% more downspouts than everyone else. That was enough to convince me, but then they came in LOWER than everyone else, and that was including upgraded oversized gutters and downspouts. Out of the 4 quotes I received, only one other company gave me color options. The install was finished today. The gutters look fantastic, they match the house perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the price. One last note, they're a small family run company, and they were a pleasure to work with!

Excellent. Knowledgeable, clearly explained, and work was methodically done. Job took full day. Pricing was excellent. Property was clean and free of metal debris, etc. When heavy rains came the day after, water drained without any overflow and all gutter issues fixed.

We needed to replace all gutters on our house after the Oct. '19 tornado. We also needed to add gutters in sections where we didn't previously have them. We interviewed and received quotes from three providers and decided to go with TX gutters. Blanca walked the property with me to determine the appropriate plan. They did an exceptional job, working late one evening to wrap up before rain was expected. After they left there was a small run that wasn't draining properly, they returned promptly and addressed that section (it seems the original builder was more at fault than they were, but they made it work, regardless). The quality of work was exceptional, we are so pleased with the result - would highly recommend.

From start to finish TX Gutter was a pleasure to work with. Communication was always clear and post-work inspection happened on the daily. Nico is a consummate perfectionist - once the original siding came off, builder imperfections and oversights (we had a couple) were not only identified, but remediated. Even stuff that was identified from the folks that replaced our windows a 3 years ago were addressed that we didn't know about like securing the actual window frame to the house or installing z-flashing to keep water from coming in. The attention to detail is superb and quality of workmanship really shows - Nico even pleasantly added a couple of little things here and (at no additional charge) that were just really nice little touches. In addition to the main work, they also did some minor door frame / jamb repair that saved us from having to face some more expensive alternatives which was really nice. Nico and Blanca are some of the friendliest, nicest people you can deal with and now that the job is done, we almost miss them not being around! Would not hesitate to call upon them again for additional work!
