I needed a quick fix, a leak came in from a busted vent. However when Aaron came out to inspect the area and do the fix. He quickly contacted me, he said I can do the fix, but you have alot of shingles missing and needs to be replaced. Plus I was told that the original roofing was not done right. Aaron is a true professional, and is dedicated to improving quality work. Plus gave his recommendation on color matching with the gutters to roof. I'm very pleased and happy with the work. Plus Aaron is a great communicator, I'm currently stationed at Camp Pendleton California. Aaron kept texting and calling me with updates, I didn't have to worry about anything. We called Texas Direct about awning and a French drain and while Aaron was giving us a quote he noticed our roof and asked if he could look at it. He said we really needed to get it replaced. He helped us with everything from insurance to whatever was needed and coordinated all the workers by making sure they showed up on time and work was done correctly . He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Showed up exactly when he said he would and always called us back with any questions we had in a timely matter. Other contractors never called back and we would have to call them many times to get any answers. I would recommend this company for every kind of home repairs.

With the past few storms we had on consecutive Sundays this past June 2019, we experienced some leakage from our roof into our bedroom ceiling when some shingles had been blown off our home. Having resorted to needing an immediate request for help, I searched the BBB website for local roofing contractors with a good history of customer service being among the various criteria for contact. This would prove to be the best thing I did for our home. Among others displayed was TX Direct Roofing. I used the BBB online tool to contact all the selected contractors and the last one I contacted was TX Direct. Two others replied and could not get to me until later in the week and the first to contact me by phone was TX Direct. As luck would have it, I was talking to the office when the Project manager, Aaron Woodhouse walked in and said he could be here in 15 minutes. Upon his arrival in a marked pickup truck, Aaron went to work immediately to secure the sections of roof exposed, estimate the amount of repair to be done (in this case replaced) and proceeded to help me contact my insurance company to file a claim and get the process to fix the roof started. This is where it took the longest to get accomplished along with an estimator on site later that week to give the insurance company his best estimate of damage. After all said and done and the length of time it took just to get approval, I decided we waited too long and were at risk for further damage so we decided to replace the roof since it was not done well, was 10 years old and we probably wouldn't meet the 2% deductible. Again, TX Direct stepped in and the next week we got a new roof, 30 year quality shingles and a good warranty from Certain-teed and TX Direct in repair labor. The project went well with Hector from M&G Construction doing the hard part of the roofing install and especially in 90+ degree heat. We had little damage from falling tiles and nails and cleanup was as described in the estimate contract as well as covering our AC units we recently installed in 2017 at great cost, so our investment was protected. The materials installed were of better quality than the previous roofers 10 years ago and the shingles heavy and solid. The replacement roof was finished within the time frame specified and now looks great on the home. The vents pipes were painted to match the roof, the turbines work effortlessly and silently as opposed to a neighbors that doesn't move at all and when they do they screech! We couldn't have been happier with the outcome. TX Direct's project manager Aaron Woodhouse was all that the BBB review report said and more. He really cared about our satisfaction and putting any fears about the install to rest. I must say that Hectors' installers were always gracious and in this heat, doing a good job can really be a chore and my wife and I want them to know we will be using them in fall projects I have in line for TX Direct to manage. I was very impressed at the professionalism displayed by the two owners, Matt and Jerrimy. They walked me through replacing my gutters, and were very patient with my requests. I would choose them again to do work on my house in heartbeat!

Texas Direct replaced my roof and gutters due to a hail damage. The scope of work performed was replacement of the rooves on the main house and a guest house in the backyard, including the replacement of damaged plywood in two places, replacement of gutters on both houses, and repainting of a small section of the front porch with water damage. Jerrimy responded to my initial inquiry quickly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jerrimy inspected the rooves and front porch and explained the Texas Direct contract to me in detail, answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable with the terms. Throughout the project, Jerrimy communicated by phone consistently well so I was always aware when workers would arrive, how long they would stay, and how the project was progressing. After the work was completed, Jerrimy returned to provide the warranty on the shingles and receive the final payment, as described by the contract. Jerrimy always did what he said he would do and was always available by phone in case minor issues came up and needed to be discussed. Jerrimy also submitted extra expenses to the insurance company directly and only involved me when the insurance company needed some additional pushing to process the claim. This difficulty was caused by the insurance company and not by Texas Direct. The workers showed up on time, performed the work in a professional manner, and finished both rooves in one day. They cleaned up well and protected the shrubs with tarps, as I had requested. The quality of the work was top notch. The rooves were taken down to the plywood, synthetic felt was used for extra durability, and Certainteed shingles with a 10-year warranty were used. The gutters were replaced in a timely manner and look great. All the work was done within two weeks, and the only reason it took this long was due to the insurance company and not Texas Direct. I was very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Texas Direct for roof replacement.

There pricing is too high for a roof repair. $850.00 for two hours worth of work.

Very Professional

I had a terrible ordeal with my original contractor, who left me stranded, in need of a partial roof repair, when the insurance didn't approve a full roof replacement. After meeting with four additional contractors trying to get quotes on the partial replacement, I chose to go with Texas Direct. Long story made short, Matt with Texas Direct, met with a second level insurance adjuster and was able to show proof of why the entire roof needed replaced versus a partial replacement. The work was scheduled, crews showed up on time and completed the project in a single day and the new roof and gutters look awesome. Texas Direct was professional all the way from the first meeting to the end of the project. I could not be more satisfied, I'm a very happy customer. Should I ever need a new roof in the future, this is the company who will get the phone call.

They did a great job for us. They were always prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They worked directly with our insurance company to make sure that our replacement roof was of the same high quality as the one being replaced. We highly recommend Texas Direct without reservation.
