"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. Plus, the price was more reasonable compared to "the big shower remodeling companies""

"After spending $40k+ on a complete irrigation system, landscaping (grass and plants) and hardscape we ask Sean to come back to finish the project and add some additional irrigation. He came by as promised, took notes on what we wanted, which was minor compared to the work he had already done, and said he would get back to us. Never heard from him again. He has NEVER followed-up on the original job to ensure everything was working. Some of the plants he installed died, he said he would take of that. Never heard from him again. This was not the first time we used this company, but I would never recommend them or would I ever hire this company again. E-mailed several times early on to find out what was happening, NO response ever. Very disappointed in a company we thought was reliable and trustworthy."

"This firm supposedly has values of ethics and honesty...Really?? I live in the Ranch at Brusch Creek and we have a sign PROHIBITING soliciting..as do many of my neighbors, so guess what?? This firm totally ignored that, blanketing every door knob with their flyer...many of which ended up as trach in the street and sidewalks. This company clearly has ZERO HONESTY or ETHICS...so I would AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!"

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"First off, WE cannot thank Chris and team enough for the level of work they put into our yard! It was a difference maker! The level of customer service these guys deliver is really special. There are many "like" companies, and they all have their busy schedules and skills, but Chris and Neptune just stood out well above everyone else. It started with the quote. He arrived on time and prepared, and had the quote done the next day. Once we scheduled the job he was on time and managed the job personally. Our job was quite complicated to include water pressure issues, and we could not be happier with the completed project! You just don't expect this level of customer service from companies like this, at least we didn't, and what a refreshing surprise to know that company's like Chris' DO exist. The old addadge that customer service matters is so important, because "word of mouth" advertizing can be so powerful. Chris can count on us to share our story! "Going to a 50/50 xeriscape. Mr Gola had fabulous design ideas that he brought to fruition. I had to do one section at a time. Sometimes a large area sometimes small. He was always attentive to my requests large or small. He does that extra to make sure things are done right. His prices are always fair, his crew polite and hard working, results keep me coming back and I most highly recommend Q’s Landscaping. High moral standards show thru in his design and attention to detail."

"Got quotes fair price first was going to be extra because of all the leaves that needed to be picked up and extra trim leaves were never picked up, then next schedule date no show a week later they came by only did the back because they were running late and would come back the following week to do the front yard that never happened. When I called their office and explained this to the lady she stated she would talk to owner and would get back to me that never happened then a couple of weeks later one of their works knocked to see if I needed service I stated the above and said yes please he started to blow the leaves out front five minutes later they were gone and paid each time. I called their office and this time I spoked to the owner he stated the same as the lady before him and I got the same results no replies and now they avoid my calls."

"Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. Happy to work with Alex and his team and look forward to working with them on future projects!"
