I've previously written a 5 star review for this company (May 2018) after they installed new sod in our front and backyard, replaced the irrigation system and had a fence put in. All in all, it was over $10k worth of work and it was done exceptionally well. After the work was done, we used the landscaping services every few months to clean up the edges of the yard (in addition to our weekly mowing we do ourselves). We have always paid the standard $45 per visit and were happy with the service provided. One month ago we scheduled this same service and I was told that the new price was "$45 per man hour, including 3 workers". I took that to mean I would be charged per hour now instead of the flat fee for the visit. Well imagine my shock when our card was charged $170!!!!! For lawn mowing, edging and mowing the dirt areas close to the ground. The same exact service we have been getting for the past 18 months! In fact the service this past visit was well below the standards of previous visits. I have spoken with numerous office staff regarding the ridiculousness of this price. They said that the price is now $45 per MAN per HOUR! The yard people were here for 1 hour and 15 mins. It took so long because they first blew all the leaves into the grass, mulching them in and turning our yard completely brown. We are selling our house need it to look perfect so I had to ask them to please rake it all off the lawn. This resulted in an extra 30 mins of work. Besides that mess, WHO PAYS $170 to have their lawn mowed?!?!?!?!?! Our yard is not even a large yard by any stretch. After fighting them on this for the past 2 weeks, I received a refund of 20% ($30). I am so deeply disappointed in this company for rearranging words in their pricing in order to charge 4 TIMES the amount as before. It is such a shame they have resorted to doing business this way. I will never use this company or recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors again.

Best lawn crew EVER! Quick, clean, efficient. They have taken care of our lawn for 3 years, and we are very happy with the results. Always show up when promised. Lawn always looks great. Easy to schedule extra care when needed through the office.

Paul's told me they'd try to schedule for Fri/sat. Instead they came this morning (Thursday) and had shrubs I requested out in 5 mins and finished mulch and everything in 45. When they left their office called to follow-up on satisfaction and I mentioned that I'd like the shrubs trimmed when they mow. I left for a bit and came back and all of it is done. Under promise and over deliver. I'm glad I chose them for the job and I look forward to seeing how they do on my lawn starting this Friday.

We had a hard time getting them to come do the work after we accepted their proposal. But, once the crew came out, the work was completed in one day and the job looks great.

I'd highly recommend Paul's Lawn & Landscape. I left a voice message after initial contact and they returned the call within the same day. They were super friendly and and we discussed my needs and they quoted a price based on hours to complete the job. They showed up when they said they would and did a magnificent job. The bushes, trees and flower beds looked awesome and the lawn was nice and clean after they completed dethatching it. When I got the bill I was surprised that it was lower than I was anticipating (hopefully it won't go up next time I use them :) ). I will definitely recommend them and certainly use them again, no doubts.

I use Paul's myself - sod, rock work, trees, etc. I have also referred Paul's to clients who in turn have recommended him to their neighbors and builder. So I have seen a lot of their work. All excellent! Great designs that compliment the homes. Artistic and balanced. Very high quality landscape design and installation!

I called Paul's Lawn & Landscape based on Angie's recommendation and am glad I did. They removed the dead grass and packed dirt from the backyard and put down new soil and sod in a very fast, efficient manner. They even spread the old dirt in a low area on my property. I couldn't be happier with the overall process. Highly recommend.

This is the second residence that I have contracted with Paul's Lawn Service. We have been steady customers for over 10 years. We are very pleased with the service. The teams are always punctual, professional, and do a great job of cleaning up when they are done.

He was totally in sync with what we wanted and not only did his team do a beautiful job, but they also worked through rainy weather to get it completed in just one week. I was so impressed. Then I later learned they had some trouble getting our outdoor power outlets to work (which they needed for their equipment) so they just rewired our electricity in our garage free of charge to make it work. I later reached out about evening out some of the cement and a few scuff marks on the pavers just to make it perfect and he fixed everything free of charge. This was a large project (for us at least) and Paul could not have made it easier or more stress free. Paul's Lawn and Landscape is awesome and I would recommend them to anyone and hire them again in a heartbeat. So happy with our new yards and so happy we went with Paul. Thank you for the great work.

(I have intentionally waited six months prior to submitting a review so that I might provide a true and complete perspective of the quality of work and customer service of Paul's Lawn & Landscaping.) After contacting three landscaping companies for quotes for redesigning flower beds, a new sprinkler system and St Augustine grass (front and back) I choose Paul's and I've not once regretted my decision. They weren't the least expensive but their willingness to work with my schedule and responsiveness to all my questions more than paid off for a little more cost up front. OUTSTANDING Customer Service! Allow me to repeat that, OUTSTANDING Customer Service! Exceptional quality and follow-up!!! And, they continue to provide my lawn care with professional, personable service. Even through minor hiccups with billing and scheduling of lawn care, they have responded immediately and resolved all concerns. My yard is beautiful and I've even had people in my neighborhood stop and ask about who handled the landscaping and upkeep.

Immediate response that someone would contact me to set up a time. Time was set up, and the person showed up when promised. My yard looks amazing!

Work was great. The two men worked hard all day and got the projected completed. They were professional and hard workers. Will hire again the next time I need a project done.

never answered my phone calls or text messages...the stone patio is not leveled properly. when it rains all the water flows to the house...should flow away from house.

Because of weather at the sod farm, our job started a little later than I had wanted, but once it got started it progressed quickly. While we waited on the sod, they hauled and placed the river rock and DG. They also capped off sprinkler heads we wouldn't need anymore. Once the sod arrived, they scraped the old sod off, added new top soil, and laid the new sod. My wife and I brought in some new plants and they planted those for us, as well. They also adjusted our sprinkler system and raised heads where necessary to make sure the new sod got water. Now I just wish it would rain sometime so I can back off on watering... Paul was great to work with and his bid was very competitive with others I had gotten. I knew what I wanted but Paul came up with several ideas I hadn't thought of and made some money saving recommendations. I would definitely use his company again.

I got a maintenance with him now, he is on a weekly. His group comes out and does lawn work. They do an excellent job at maintaining the property. I just get a monthly bill for it. He is an A. He is very competitive with everyone else, and does a better job. Their quality is an A. He's very good. Very professional. I still will use them again. 

You can't beat his price and his quality. The fact of the matter is that when he is doing the yard work, he makes sure to pick up any yard stuff that blows into the neighbors yard. He does that too.

I had done a lot of research and prepared detailed to-scale design plans and Paul brought them to life! I interviewed several companies yet Paul was hands down the guy who spent a significant amount of time with me up front to understand my plan and answer my long list of questions. He was very patient and wanted to make sure we both set proper expectations before installation began as to ensure we both ended the project feeling satisfied! It was a lot of work before and during the installation but I think the pictures speak for themselves! His team's work is impeccable!

They were terrific. They cleaned up the whole area. Some of these plants were growing into the ground and they dug them up and re-potted them. I had a 5 foot bush tree and they repotted that and watered and took care of it. They spaced them out and watered them once they were moved.
