Aqua Systems (TX water systems) is the best water systems service provider in the Hill Country area in my opinion. Steve has quality products, is fair, professional and has the expertise to manage the water care needs of the Hill Country which can be a real challenge at times. It was past time to replace my water softener and Steve provided information about the available options, scheduled the service, installed the softener and gave me instructions on how to operate the system.

Mr Wittman arrived on time and went right to work. He inspected the water softener and tested the water. He changed the settings on the softener to improve the performance. He gave me a quote on a replacement softener.

The owner came out and looked at my system, he was on time, honest and professional and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. After having a bad experience with two other water softening companies I was happy to find him.

I contacted Aqua Systems and Texas Water Systems when my water softener was on the fritz.  Of course, it was a holiday weekend.  Since it was not a disastrous misfire, I contacted them by email. (There is an emergency contact provided.)   Promptly Monday morning, I received a call from Steve.  He arranged an appointment Tuesday morning and suggested I purchase the Coupon available on Angie's List to save money.  The serviceman was right on time and patiently explained everything to me since I had a lot of questions.  He was very efficient and quickly serviced the system.  He even took off his boots after being in the yard to check the incoming water service.  It is good to feel this confident that I will receive quality service.  Any problem with a water system, Aqua Systems and Texas Water Systems will be my first call.

Problem is successfully solved.  Had to come out 2 weeks after the initial installation to address an issue with the system that arose suddenly.  They stood behind their original work and took care of the problem  
General comments about Texas Water Systems: 
Exceptional competence, customer service and honesty.  We have a well with hard water that also has high sulfur content.  Steve Wittman has worked with us to either install or maintain systems to successfully soften water, remove sulfur smell and purify drinking water.  He presents a range of options along with all the information you need, based on his extensive experience, to make the best decision.  Great guy to work with and he absolutely stands behind his work, so we feel confident that whatever the problem is, it will be solved for a fair price.

First visit, was to evaluate the needs of my systems since I had not had it serviced in quite some time. The owner, Steve was on time, informative, helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and gave me the facts on the current functioning of the systems and what needs to be done now and in the near future. He replaced the filters and scheduled a second appointment for the bigger repairs to the softener. On the second service call, the owner's employee, Isarro came out to do the work and he was very knowledgeable, got right to work, was very neat in his work and took care of everything on the service list. Both Issaro and Steve explained the needed repairs and showed me the area of concern. I have a better understanding of my water systems in the house than I ever did, as no other service provider took the time to explain how anything works. Now that I know how it works, I can take better care of the system and prevent future breakdowns. Service and repairs are inevitable, and I think Steve is respectful of his customer enough to educate them so they can make informed decisions about their products and service. I appreciate any service person that gives me educational information so that I can make informed decisions, which ultimately saves me money and will keep me as their customer.
