Blue frog sent out a plumber(Ray W) and he confirmed my breach location and depth with his main drain camera. We agreed to a fair reasonable price and expected time to repair the line . They came out fixed my problem at the fair price and at the agreed upon time. Kari in customer service and Ray W plumber were professional and courteous and I would recommend Bluefrog plumbing to anyone."

More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them.
