We agreed on the price on the spot to rebuild my front curbing, add pavers to my gate entrance, re-sod the front yard and install astro turf in my back yard. Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. Adam came in to replace the flange and install a new updated toilet. His photos confirmed that the flange was installed correctly and the toilet works great.
