"I am very selective and careful with who I do business with. I have worked with 5 other plumbers over the last 5 years, and with large and small companies. Martin with Longhorn Plumbing is a true professional and expert in the field. He is the best of the 5 that I've worked with. He was very quick to make it over to the property to begin work. For example, I had a tub drain issue that was causing a leak in my property. Martin quickly came over the same day, diagnosed, and resolved the issue. Impressed by his work, I asked if he would do additional plumbing work for me that day including installing a toilet, and installing sinks and drains for the bathrooms and kitchen. That evening, he completed all of the work asked. Lastly, I called Martin a week later to repair a major main line issue where the pipe was broken 6 feet underground. My other plumber contacts said they could get out there in 2-3 days, but Martin showed up in a few hours after my call and completed this major work the same day. Despite his fast service, the work is top-notch quality and the pricing is fair. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and I know can count on him to provide an honest expert opinion. A true pleasure working with him. Can't recommend Martin with Longhorn Plumbing enough."

I feel like I was charged for travel time, the plumber had to go get parts on two separate occasions. I would imagine any company would do the same though so it is what it is. Overnight the toilet started leaking. I left a voice mail message with CR and they were back on site within a few hours to fix the leak. There were no additional charges for the second trip to the house which I appreciated greatly. Overall a pretty good experience, would recommend CR to friends and neighbors."
