"They where fantastic.!.!!!!! I had 3 huge trees over mine an my neighbors houses in between the houses where power an cable lines. I called 6 tree service company's an they said they couldn't do the job with out something bad happening. Then i called rock around tree service an jacob came out looked the job over an said he will take care of it. Jacob was up in that tree looking like a circus actor... he was using ropes an swinging his chainsaw around getting it done. I admit I didn't think it could be done but they managed to get it finished with out any damage... me an my 3 neighbors where impressed. I know from now on I will ALWAYS RECAMEND rock around tree service to any an every one they are the best. You will NEVER be disappointed in there preformence..."

Customers say: Quick response

"Ventura is a great tree service company to work with. Francisco was very polite professional and knowledgeable. Ventura was able to complete the job in 1 day when other companies said it would take 3 days. The business card says â Professional Tree Serviceâ and this statement was absolutely true. The price and quality of work could not be beat by anyone else. I will be using this company again and will suggest them to friends and family."

"We have used Complete Tree Services in the past and have been very pleased. It took a whole day to complete the work. In the process of grinding the stump a sprinkler head was destroyed. Complete Tree returned in a couple of days and repaired the damaged sprinkler head. Their work is top-notch."

"We just had 3 trees removed and the stumps ground and now you can't even tell the trees were there! Quinn and his crew did an awesome job from start to finish and when they were done cleaning up there wasn't even a stick left! Quinn, the owner, is a great guy, very personable and extremely easy to work with. Best yet he was by far the cheapest of all the quotes we received. So if you're needing tree service look no further!"

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

Tree removal costs typically don’t include stump removal, as that technically falls into a different service. The company you hire may offer the service for an additional fee; ask them if they offer it to ensure you get the best tree stump removal costs possible.

Unlike some fruit trees, such as apple, sweet cherry, or pear that require at least two trees for pollination, most peach trees are self-pollinating. This means you can plant just one tree and still expect it to produce fruit, typically within two to four years. For best results, consult with a local landscaper to choose the right peach tree variety for your specific climate, soil type, and yard layout.

Dutch elm disease can’t harm humans. In fact, according to Cal Fire, bark beetles aren’t even typically dangerous to trees unless that tree is already weakened. The problem comes when Dutch elm disease kills a tree. That tree is more at risk of falling and catching fire, which can pose a serious threat.

You can use a felling ax to chop down a tree by following the same prep and steps as a chainsaw, but be prepared to use some muscle. For trees bigger than 7 inches in diameter, it can take some time and serious strength to cut down a tree using just an ax.

It is possible to cut down a tree on your property yourself, but it is generally not recommended unless specific conditions are met. You should only consider this project if the tree is small (e.g., under 4-5 inches in diameter and short enough that you don't need a ladder to reach the branches), and you are experienced in handling a chainsaw. The tree must also be located far from any power lines, fences, homes, or other structures. Even for small trees, the work can be dangerous, and it's always advisable to have a spotter to ensure the tree falls correctly and no branches fall on you.

For any tree that is large, requires a ladder to access, or is near electrical lines or structures, you should always hire a professional. Attempting to remove a large tree yourself is extremely dangerous, poses a risk of serious injury, and could result in significant damage to your property.

Before any tree removal, it's also important to check your local and state regulations to ensure the tree is not historic or otherwise protected by your city.
