I cannot recommend this company enough!!! We have a very busy house with three teen/preteen BOYS. One of our toilets suddenly started backing up into the shower (YUCK). So I searched for local plumbers and called the closest one to us. It was a large company and I wanted someone who could â fix it in a flashâ . BAD DECISION. After I waited all day for them to no show I started my search again. I called Tierney Plumbing. They were very responsive and got me right on the schedule saying someone could be out within 2 hours! Yes please! We were even MORE surprised when the plumber called asking if it was ok for him to come EARLY! We were met with Joe and let me tell youâ ¦Joe is the kindest, most professional and RESPECTFUL man ever!!! He was efficient. He was careful with everything. He explained everything. He went over and above what he needed to to make EXTRA sure the issue was resolved. He educated us on some things and â ¦ most importantlyâ ¦ never said ONE negative thing about the â otherâ company. He spoke very highly of his own company, including the owners and other employees. He said they were all very family oriented and I can promise youâ ¦ IT SHOWS! I will never ever call another company for any plumbing needs. I had no issues with their pricing either. We actually thought we would be paying a lot more than we did!! We also have a few leaky faucets and I will be scheduling only with Tierney Plumbing. ANDâ ¦ I will request Joe again as well.

When your daughter tells you there is a leak in the bathroom around midnight on a Friday you do not think very clearly. My wife quickly asked for recommendations from our neighborhood and friends on Facebook. Thank you Lindsay J. for recommending Tierney Plumbing. After sending in a contact form from their web site late Friday night, I was hoping for a call back after they got into the office on Saturday. Jennifer called me at 7:00 am and yes they could be over the same morning! Jared arrived and was quick to go to work on our sewer clog. He fixed the crappy job I did the previous night trying to contain the water coming out from under the toilet. Oh, and yes, now the toilet is flush with the floor and it does not move when you shift your weight to do your business back there. And while he was here, I asked him to fix our shower valve. Our master bath shower decided to get go from hot to cold on a whim. It is hot now! Thanks again Jared, you really did a great job. Ron and Jennifer, thank you as well for serving the community. Tierney Plumbing is a rare find. They have integrity and are affordable. James is the plumber who helped us. He was personable, did quality work, and went above and beyond without charging more. (He even added screws to the drawer tracks that had come loose in my cabinet.) Tierney makes appointments instead of having 4 hour windows. James came on time...in fact early...and called when he was on the way. (I was not having to wait around all morning as I had with other companies.) The ladies in the office were very nice, too. I highly recommend Tierney and will be using them again in the future. They are a family business and trustworthy. Thank you, Tierney Plumbing for doing an excellent job. A company with integrity is rare to find.
