"This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to. Autumn, Nick, and Nathan (You are the only ones I spoke with) You guys seriously have made such a huge difference in our lives, with your kindness, professionalism, quick service, and patience. "We hired NOA services to clean our ducts. The technician arrived, opened only one duct, and spent about 20 minutes wiping bleach around the opening before charging us $400. He didnâ t inspect any other ducts, claiming they looked clean. However, when we checked the filter ourselves, it was still filthy, something he didnâ t even bother to examine. This experience felt like a complete rip-off."

"This landscaping job went well. The crew had a job just getting the remanis of the tree stump and roots out, before planting the 6 shrubs. The clean up of the flower bed and bush area was quick and efficiently done. The bushes in the backyard were placed just as I wanted despite the challenge of tree roots. Having a clear path to the faucet from to sides is great. I am very pleased with the results of their work."
