My main water line to my house was cut by a sub contractor with a trenching machine to bury a new phone line . Everflow plumbing was contacted , They were border line rude on the phone and that should have been my first red flag to just hang up and move on . They tried to put me off to the next day but since I had no water I assured them I would try someone else , They then decided to send a team over to help me , The guys that showed up were very nice and spent about 30 minutes installing 2 compression fittings on 2 inch poly pipe , They only charged 800.00 dollars for this emergency service on a Friday afternoon during normal business hours . 3 weeks later I was using my riding mower and drove over the repair , the ground flexed a little and a geyser of water came out of the ground . I contacted Everflow Plumbing and they sent a team over the next day , They would and will not stand behind the repair , They say that I payed for a emergency repair and that's what I got . If I want them to do any further repairs it will require several hundred more dollars to straighten the line since its making the compression fittings crooked , The technicians also said the water pressure is making the compression fittings come off, the technicians also said that my riding mower made the compression fittings come off the pipes . Then they felt a better repair would be to bury it deeper, or replace 400 ft, of line . The supervisor contacted me and complained about not being payed enough for the emergency services and continued explaining numerous reasons why the are unable to stand behind their work .
