His team left the space cleaner than they found it, and even helped me re hang the pictures and put the furniture back in place. Excellent choice for fine carpentry work!!!"

They had a backpack with all the tools needed for this type of project. They stayed with the job until the swing was completely assembled and located on the patio where we wanted it. "I read the reviews expecially the bad ones and decided to take a chance. Wow! Was I happy!  In my guest bathroom I required the wallpaer to be removed and the walls painted.  The 1st painter removed most of the wallpaper and revealed electrical holes left by the builder.  He painted the walls without covering the holes or smoothing the walls.  I called Mr. Alvarez and explained the situation.   He came by looked at the bathroom and gave me a price.  He came alone early on Tuesday patched the holes and mudded the walls.  Thursday he and another gentleman sanded the walls and painted.  The wallls are glorous.  They are smooth and uniform in color.  I plan on having him come back and do the interior of my house.  YEAH!
