"I scheduled the crew from Handyjoe to assemble a 3 seat patio swing. There were a lot of parts for this. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. They had a backpack with all the tools needed for this type of project. They stayed with the job until the swing was completely assembled and located on the patio where we wanted it. The crew was courteous and the price was reasonable for this type of project. I was very pleased with the outcome."

"I read the reviews expecially the bad ones and decided to take a chance. Wow! Was I happy!  In my guest bathroom I required the wallpaer to be removed and the walls painted.  The 1st painter removed most of the wallpaper and revealed electrical holes left by the builder.  He painted the walls without covering the holes or smoothing the walls.  I called Mr. Alvarez and explained the situation.   He came by looked at the bathroom and gave me a price.  He came alone early on Tuesday patched the holes and mudded the walls.  Thursday he and another gentleman sanded the walls and painted.  The wallls are glorous.  They are smooth and uniform in color.  I plan on having him come back and do the interior of my house.  YEAH!

"On time, fast response, finished work is a little off. We paid for some replacement screens using the existing frames and a few windows to get solar screens. The replacement screens are all perfect. The solar screens donâ t fit at least one window- thereâ s a large gap where the screen is bowed out- enough to stick my hand through. It should have been obvious at installation. On another they broke a window and didnâ t say anything. I had happened to take a picture of that side of the house the day before for paint work or I wouldnâ t have known. I didnâ t call them on the errors or breakage so no opportunity to correct as we will just take care of it ourselves but Iâ m still disappointed. I wasnâ t even going to review but the automated review request wonâ t leave me alone."
