"We called Alvarez painting to get our house ready to sell.  We had wallboard damage in one room.  We also had two skylight holes in the ceiling that had to be closed up.  The entire house had "popcorn" ceilings and there was mssing/damaged trim inside and outside of the house.
Paul Alvarez and his team did an outstanding job.  They were clean, courteous, professional and did everything possible to make the experience painless.  While it is impossible to have someone in your house for 3 weeks without problems they did an outstanding job and immediately responding to any, and all, issues we brought up.

"On time, fast response, finished work is a little off. We paid for some replacement screens using the existing frames and a few windows to get solar screens. The replacement screens are all perfect. The solar screens donâ t fit at least one window- thereâ s a large gap where the screen is bowed out- enough to stick my hand through. It should have been obvious at installation. On another they broke a window and didnâ t say anything. I had happened to take a picture of that side of the house the day before for paint work or I wouldnâ t have known. I didnâ t call them on the errors or breakage so no opportunity to correct as we will just take care of it ourselves but Iâ m still disappointed. I wasnâ t even going to review but the automated review request wonâ t leave me alone."

"The installers did a very good job of working out the framing of the walkway to make the landings approximately equal in size while having to accommodate a curving and sloping layout. They were careful in digging and did not damage any of several sprinkler system pipes that were right in the middle of the layout. (Unlike a prior contractor that had done work for me.) The job was not rushed so that attention was paid to the details, and the job was completed in a week. They did a very good job of cleanup at the end of each day and at the completion of the project. Luisa took care of the city permitting which made it easier for me to get HOA approval for the walkway. We have a nice looking and functional walkway that gives us much easier access from the street to our front door instead of making our way up a very steep driveway."
