During the design phase the GUI enabled me to visualize the final product, much better then just a floor plan. During the building phase I have been able to do screen shots and present the builder with how the area in question should look like. David is also very good at returning phone calls and not pushing to get the drafts completed so that he can close the project. He also will make slight modifications to the drawings many months after the drafts were completed without cost."

He was punctual and listened carefully to what I wanted. He told me all the things his company does and how they could make my vision a reality. We ended up agreeing to the work as well as pruning the large oak tree we have. On the day of the project, the sod was delivered 6:30 a.m. and the crew arrived an hour later. I was impressed how they put out orange cones around the area for neighbors’ visual safety. Carlos introduced me to the crew supervisor, Rocky.
