Sheds by Keith built an 8x15 foot garden shed for me and I have been thrilled with the end result. I had watched them build sheds for two of my neighbors and was impressed by Keith and his experienced crew members, so I knew up front the quality of the construction to expect. They are very professional and really care about providing excellent service and keeping the customer happy. They showed up on time every day, answered my calls in a timely manner, kept the job site clean and took care not to trample my flowers next to the job site. They worked closely with me to ensure I knew exactly what went into the detailed line-item costs for everything so there would be no surprises. An example of their customer service to my project: I decided to change a few things at the last minute. I wanted to install a second set of double doors, enlarge the size of window trim, install plywood on the ceiling rafters. There was no drama at all, they just counseled me about what the additional work would cost. I agreed to the increase and they worked hard to finish the job by the deadline. I would definitely recommend Sheds by Keith.

They were wonderful! Each employee was friendly and professional. They introduced themselves Before they started the project which I really appreciated. They went above and beyond by creating an outdoor shelf under the big window. They completed the project in 3 days which was surprising because the heat index was above 110F. I can’t wait to use it!

Keith's team did an outstanding job on all fronts. Very professional team from start to finish. Craftsmanship was excellent. Attention to detail was ideal for the work involved. Friendliness was beyond what you would expect. Team was at the construction site on time each day and worked hard the entire time they were there. They cleaned up the job site at the end of everyday allowing my family to conitnue to use our backyard in the late afternoon/evening time. High marks from me are hard to get...Keith's team gets high marks no question!

From initial quote to final day of construction today, our experience with Sheds by Keith was beyond exceptional!! Trever, Garrett, and William could not have done a better job!! Very professional, personable, knowledgeable in their individual jobs but also worked very well in supporting each other during construction. It was very obvious that they thoroughly enjoy what they're doing and have great pride in what they have accomplished!! They kept an extremely clean workspace, picked up everything (tools, trash, etc.) every day before leaving...worked very hard from 7 AM to 2:30 or so...very short breaks, including lunch breaks. Finished our entire shed in 3 days!! Eric did a great job getting us quote and answering questions. Keith actually brought trailer so we could meet him at start of job. We are already spreading the word about how great Sheds by Keith is!!

These people are true professionals! They were prompt, courteous, tidy, and their sole intent was to build and finish my she-shed exactly how I wanted it. Keith and his team exceeded expectations. The crew was reliable, flexible, and extremely competent. The design process was clear; we knew what we were getting up front, and the final product was exactly what we thought it would be. There were a variety of options, each priced out separately, so we could customize the design to our specific needs and budget. The crew easily accommodated the salvaged door and windows that we supplied and was happy to provide daily updates on the progress. The work site was kept orderly and clean throughout the project. As construction projects go, it was truly an enjoyable process. There were no surprises.

I am so happy we found Keith. The required placement of our 12 x 16 shed meant we’d be looking at it every time we looked out the wall of windows in our living room, so we had a very specific design in mind. Keith was very accommodating of every request, which included a steep 12:12 roof pitch and decorative touches. Keith and his team truly exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the construction—they were professional, on-time, considerate (cleaned up construction daily), and built a superior product. I absolutely love the way the shed turned out. It’s not only beautiful, it’s built incredibly well. It’s going on 2+ years old now and we’ve had no issues with it at all. Keith is a great contactor, he ask me what I wanted and he did everything he could to get it. We worked together to come up with the best plan and a budget and he went to work. His team went beyond the call of duty and even help me with some items that were not his responsibility. If you want a real shed, barn or building Keith will build it. They didn't cut corners or skimp on materials either!. I would work with him again!

Keith and his crew are exceptional. Such a pleasure to deal with someone who does what he says and exceeds expectations in every way. We compared Keith's price to the lower quality and box store and prices and found him to be very close in cost for a much better quality shed. He hand selected all the materials, made changes and on the fly and when we asked. Couldn't ask for a better person to work with and we are very pleased with the final product.

I made contact with Keith almost a year ago when we were in the process of building our new home. As soon as the home was finished, I was going to construct a swimming pool and pool house. My wife found Keith on the internet, I researched his operation as good as I could, and we made the decision to use him. There was a lot of planning, permits, and HOA to deal with. I managed to work my way through all of that and then finally we built the pool. When the pool was built we had the slab poured for the building and small storage shed at the same time. Keith began his buildings three weeks after the concrete was poured. Keith and his crew did a great job on the entire project. They are some of the finest people I have ever met. They are experienced, hard workers, and go out of their way to help. I have been in construction my entire life and I can tell you they build a quality building. If you want cheap, you need to go to Lowes or Home Depot. Everything he says in his adverising is correct. He builds in excess of recognized standards. My wife and I are very pleased and proud of our new pool facility and storage. The pool house is 12' by 16' with a 5' porch, and the storage building is 4' by 10'.

Once the rani stopped, Keith and his crew showed up as scheduled and they were at my house every day at 7 AM until the shed was completed. As for Keith I was very impressed right from the beginning with his detailed proposals and all the photos on Facebook that detail the process. Keith and I discussed many options prior to the start of the work and Keith was very helpful in evaluating the options. As for the work and his crew, the quality of the work is outstanding, if I had a concern or question about anything I received a proper response. As for the crew, they were respectful, polite and very good at what they do. The crew cleaned up daily and made a final cleanup of my shed and yard. I'm properly not the easiest person to build for since I have been in the construction business for 50 years, but when I asked a question about any part of the process I received the right answer. Custom Sheds by Keith did an outstanding job for me. I presented Keith an idea, he accepted the idea and did expanded on it on my behalf and the execution of the plan was excellent. The carpenters with Custom Sheds by Keith did an excellent job bulding my structures with quality materials and good carpentry practices and the result is exactly what I wanted.

This was easy and painless from the very beginning. They fit me into the schedule pretty quickly, told me it would take 4 or 5 days to construct, and it was completed in 4.5 days. The crew was efficient and trustworthy. I finished the inside of the shed myself (insulation, walls, ceiling) and painted inside and outside, and was very impressed with the craftsmanship. Oh, and they sent pictures every day to show me the progress. I strongly recommend them for any building project.

Keith is great and very easy to work with. He worked with me to understand exactly what I wanted in my custom shed. We even worked around several requirements laid out by my historical district. Keith helped connect me with an electrician, and wiring was put in while Keith and his team built out the shed. There are only a couple minor issues which I've identified since construction - proper catches weren't drilled/installed for the french doors, so the door has some trouble locking properly. I'm also not sure if the area underneath the shed is properly ventilated to avoid moisture build up. These are fairly minor things which don't impact my overall happiness with the final product. All in all, I would highly recommend Keith to anyone looking to build a shed. The quality is excellent, and unlike prefab structures, he will work with you to make sure every detail meets your expectations.

Outstanding experience working with Keith and his crew. The quality of workmanship was excellent, the project was finished ahead of time and on budget, the work site was left very clean. The end result is a beautiful shed built to last decades!

Keith and his crew were on time within a minute of when they said they would be at my house. Very professional and courteous! I showed them the area , they took a few measurements, confirmed the details of what I had asked for and got started. They built the whole unit in two days and this thing is literally like a fortress. I am very impressed by the quality. Keith's team is made up of professional carpenters that know their trade very well. I would recommend Keith to anyone that wants a shed that is truly built like a house!!!

I was in need of a quality shed for my backyard but had limited space. I contacted Keith and he quickly got back to me, listened to my needs and assured me he could handle the job. He scheduled the job and from then on did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and was available to walk through my ideas and make recommendations. I am very pleased with the final product, his crew was very polite and professional, job site was thoroughly cleaned up before they left each night and they were able to make changes to the job on the fly, very accommodating. The planning process went very well, facilitated by Keith's excellent advice and suggestions. The process of satisfying HOA rules along with my needs was difficult but Keith helped me through the process. The building phase went very well due to the excellent crew and Keith's constant attention to detail. Overall my wife and I were very pleased with the process and the resulting shed.

This is by far my first "big project" that required me to apply for permits and have guys in my house multiple days. And Keith made the whole process really simple. Let me start from the beginning: I shopped around for different shed builders in my area. There were some that could build it for cheap. I decided to go with Keith because he not only was honest about his pricing (just look at this website and it's easy to follow) but he was super easy to get a hold of and calls you back pronto. I had guys not returning my calls after three or four days. He showed me pictures of how he built his base and, honestly, no one else really builds like he does. I know that I'm getting a solid building because he does exactly what he advertises. He then helped me figure out where to apply permits too. That's professionalism right there. When it came time to build, Keith and his guys not only showed up on the day they said they were going to show up but showed up on time. His guys keep clean too. They set up in the morning and tear down and clean up when they leave. The work isn't shoddy either. They caulk and seal everything and it is built to residential standards (yes, a shed that's build more like a house and less of a shed except it's not a house). Not only that, he uses quality materials and his workers are all experienced carpenters. He's not hiring cheap day laborers, these guys are professionals. I ended building a 12 x 16 shed with 2 windows and a french door. I got what I wanted and then some. If there was an A+++ rating on AngiesList, I'd have no problems giving that to them as they were very courteous, professional, and are true craftsmen.
