The SRM team completed wall repair and painting in various rooms. The owner also laid tile in the Master bedroom. My first look at the completed tiled floor brought tears to my eyes, because the job was done with such skill and excellence. The paint and repair part of the project was also done well with an eye for detail. Charles and his assistant also made sure that they left the work area clean. Very nice people the entire crew..they converted a garage to a bedroom...we love it..just when they were about to complete the project the texas freeze hit and water heater froze then flooded and destroyed it almost completely. They had to start over and redo almost everything. We had no water for days, then no hot water for a while if not for them it would have been much much longer.We are grateful they worked diligently to restore our lives..would recomend them to anyone..

I needed to replace 2 French doors in an older home. SRM Construction showed up promptly. Measurements were taken and the new doors were ordered. They returned in a timely fashion to replace the doors. They hauled away the old doors and cleaned up the work space. The doors look great. Very impressed with this company. I will use them again for future home projects.

Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
I asked him to use the tile materials I had in my garage. He chose instead to go to the store and get more of the sheets of 1 inch slate tile, at a cost to me of over $238.00 dollars. We went through our messages to each other. There was no message requesting that he be allowed to buy more tile for my project. I had huge brown 18 x 18 tiles that could have been used easily and quicker than going to the store. Still have brown bull nosed tile that he was supposed to use in the doorway of the shower. Again, they did what they wanted with out asking me.
