"They showed up the first time when they were supposed to. They state in their quote they will sanitize the attic and they would seal the openings. They would come back once a week until no more rats were noted. They showed up the first week. Did not show up the second week. I called and they finally showed up the 4th week and found no rats. They said they would be back the next week but never showed up. Sanitize is a pretty strong word. I saw no evidence of sanitizing and I would think sanitizing means cleaning up the droppings. This was not done. How can an area be considered sanitized when there are rat drippings all over the floor."

Power spraying is completed along the base and corners of fences and spot treatments done around play equipment if necessary. Also around separate storage buildings in the property and inside only upon request. The exterior of the home is power sprayed 10-12′ around home and 3′ high to the base of windows. Depending on the conditions, spider webs, wasps, and mud dauber nests are removed and treated from accessible 1st & 2nd floor eaves, trees, and plants. Injection systems are used in weep holes, foundations, and other accessible cracks/crevices. Base doors, windows, tops, sides, and bottom of garage doors are treated as well. Upon request, interior of the homes are treated around the baseboards on 1st and 2nd floors. Plumbing voids under sinks, behind toilets, and washers/dryers are included. Finally I decided to cancel service back in August. I played phone tag with the “cancellation” department several times and never received a phone call back from management. Now it’s November and I get text messages about an amount going into pre collections. They charged a fee due to cancelling without a 30 day notice! But it takes them 90 days to cancel my account. ******** company with a ******** system!"
