I had to call & follow up a couple times to schedule appointment. The gentleman on the phone apologized & was very nice; I understand he was busy and assured me of a day/time and what service would be performed. The man who showed up didn't provide all services & when questioned said they don't do that, not friendly.

contaced mike for bedbug inspection as we had another company tell us we had bedbug infestation.  Mike came out to inspect and gave me price to treat and we ultimately went with summers. We feel overall treatment and service was great and would hire them again and refer them out

Summers Pest Control contacted me to confirm the appointment time, and was right on time. They had 2 men show up....1 did the inside, and 1 did the outside. Very thorough and professional.

He and his team were very thorough. They offer a one year warranty to insure their work is done correctly. They were kind and informative, helping us learn about bed bugs and what we needed to do to solve the problem and keep them away. Great experience!

Mike arrived promptly on time for our appointment and was extremely professional. All work was completed faster than expected, and the quality of work on the insulation restoration far exceeded my expectations. After the wildlife exclusion and having the insulation restored, he was thorough reassuring if I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend Mike for anyone considering any comparable labor. I will be most use Mike again for any future work.

Mike Ysasaga and team was very prompt and professional ! We initially called 2 other companies that just wanted to sell I believe a lot things we didn't really need. I had a huge expense from having to have the AC replaced as well as ducts. We reached out for help and Mike came right out then set a appt to have work done. Summers was evenly priced but we really liked how Mike handled things and his approach. We would use them again in a heart beat!!

By far the best service I have had! I got a ton of quotes for these services from other companies and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to have it all done. I'm so thankful I found Mike, after I told him everything I needed to get done and heard the quote he gave me I had to ask him twice to make sure I heard him right. So much more affordable than anywhere else, and the prices weren't only better but the service was impeccable. Will never look for a different company again to solve any future problems I may have! I'm finally squirrel free and have new insulation throughout the house! (Much needed with this summer being so hot)

experience went well. mike responded quickly and gave me an estimate and then did the work. promised a pest control but due to rain he will be coming back to treat outside. very courteous and professional mike was. price was lower than a few other estimates I received but ultimately went with summers as mike knew his stuff ( I had researched and asked around). great service in my opinion

I believe I was duped by their special offer and lost more than $500 to Summers Pest Control LLC. 

Mike (who appears very nice in person) claimed that my house is oversized and there is a surcharge of $499. The special offer I bought covers 200 linear feet, and I doubted our house (3200+ square feet with a moderate-size yard) was so big that the surcharge would be much higher than treating a whole normal size house. But Mike showed me a chart with his measurement of our house that he said would be included in the service folder he would leave to me. I trusted him so I didn't bother to look at the numbers and calculation on the chart on the spot and agreed to pay the extra $499. I admit it was a unwise decision on my part because I didn't know better the sizes of houses.   

After he left, I found he took away the house-size chart along with the terminate treatment warranty that he said he would leave to me in the folder. I texted him on May 20, May 22, May 26, and May 27, asking him to send me the paperwork. He promised he would send it right away each time. But I haven't seen the paperwork until today. It becomes more and more clear that I was duped and lost at least $540 ($499 plus tax) to Summers Pest Control LLC.

In addition, the quality of the service is very poor. While there is no way to check the effectiveness of the termite treatment (we didn't have terminate and the treatment was for 10-year prevention), they claimed that they treated the exterior and interior for all kinds of pests, but we still had mosquitos and ants in and outside the house the next day and up to now. I also told Mike this and he said they would come back to treat them again, but there is no real action whatsoever. 

I will not use this Summers Pest Control LLC again and will advise anyone else to stay away from their sales trap. 

It went great.  The team was punctual.  Upon arrival, Mike reviewed the service and pricing with me then got straight to work.  They were finished within a couple of hours. 

I priced this service with two (2) other providers and Mike's quote beat them by $1600!!  I was quoted $1800 just for the termites, $400 for the squirrel removal and $400 to cut down the trees that lead to the spot where the squirrels accessed the roof.  Mike only charged me $1000 with a 10 year warranty for termite treatment, pest control and squirrel removal.  He explained that the trees didn't need to be cut back.  Thank Goodness for Mike!

I moved to Texas from Oregon where we didn't have to have quarterly pest control done.  I looked up exterminators and found Summers Pest Control.  Jeremy was everything I was looking for in a company.  Professional, knowledgeable, kind, punctual, experienced and addressed all my questions and needs.  Jeremy took the time to educate me and make me understand the type of pests that could potentially do harm and took care of everything.  In the two years that Jeremy has been doing our pest control, we have never had any issues.  He has kept me on the calendar for quarterly services and if I ever had an issue, he would be available promptly to address my need.  We had ants when we moved in and since the first time he treated our house we have never seen one again.  He's taken care of fire ants outside and hornets.  I have never been more satisfied with a business that is loyal, dependable, and fair.  I would recommend anyone looking for service to give Summers Pest Control a try.  I guarantee you will be more than satisfied with his business and caring response. We have utilized Summer's Pest Control both at our previous home and now our new home in Frisco.  The work they do is incredible.  We have never had any issues since hiring them.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs pest control service.  They are friendly, knowledgeable and their pricing is extremely competitive!  We will continue to be a customer for years to come.

Jermey is very prompt, and if he shows up early, will start outside the home. If anything happens he will come between treatments and respray. Last spring I found a mouse on a sticky pad in the garage and called and he came over with in a few minutes to remove it and check for others.
