Unlike other pest control companies we don’t just treat the immediate structure of your home. We treat the surrounding areas including your landscape throughout the year for maximum results. Experience, knowledge, and dedication is a powerful combination in any business. When Corky started his company back in 1967 he was one of the only pest control companies in town. For the last 50 years he has had the pleasure of servicing Southern California and making it his passion to not only study the uniqueness of our climate and terrain but he has also become a well known author of the industry.

Termite Fumigation Disaster using Corky’s Pest Control. Our neighbor and I employed Corky’s Pest Control to fumigate our attached homes. We were left with over 220 broken roof tiles and a repair cost that exceeded $4,000. That was more than the cost of the fumigation. Our HOA property manager expressed that this was an exceedingly high number of broken tiles for our community. As you can guess, I cannot recommend using Corky’s Pest Control.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. CORKY'S WILL CHARGE YOU FOR A "MONTHLY MAINTENANCE" YOU DID NOT REQUEST. I TRIED TO SPEAK TO ELIZABETH (ACCOUNT MGR) BUT SHE WILL NOT LISTEN AND INSISTED TECH DID THE WORK EVEN THOUGH TECH CAN'T GET INTO THE PROPERTY WITHOUT SOMEBODY BEING HOME (LOCKED GATE). ORIGINALLY THE BILL WAS $49 THEN THE NEXT DAY, I RECEIVED ANOTHER INVOICE FOR $98 BECAUSE I CALLED FOR AN EXPLANATION. ELIZABETH SHOULD NOT BE IN THAT POSITION IF SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND SHE WOULD HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOU!!! I REQUESTED FOR A SUPERVISOR TO SPEAK WITH BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WILL NOT CONNECT YOU TO ONE. THE COMPANY MUST BE HARD UP FOR WORK IF THEY'RE TREATING A CUSTOMER THIS WAY. I'M WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR TO CALL TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

"Hi [Member Name Removed]. Since so many Angie's List customers rely on reviews when deciding on which company they would like to work with, I want to make sure we are represented correctly. We have reviewed your recorded phone call that came in on 12/13/18 at 9:13 AM and had a duration of 8 minutes and 21 seconds. In that initial call you were very clearly told that the initial rodent service was $236 (you got $50 off with your Home Adviser discount) for the first month of visits. This included the initial and 3 weekly follow up visits. You were also told that it also included a free (usually $90) rodent inspection to give you a bid for rodent clean out/sanitation/exclusion of attic or nesting area. You were emailed the complete report that included pictures to go with the findings. You even asked about the maintenance program after the initial service which we responded that it was $49 a month and serviced every 6 weeks. You responded "OK". The maintenance was mentioned numerous times during the 8 minute conversation. For you to say you did not request it is just untrue. In the interest of resolving this in a mutually amicable manner we have agreed to write off the $98 that is due. We wish you well."

They treat on a regular basis and they are all extremely nice. When this problem hit, they did a major re-haul of the screens on the vents and did work that has solved the problem. We have been so very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of what was needed. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

"The service for the rodent bait stations was $286 initially. We are sorry that you thought that would include the exclusion. We bid for exclusion, sanitation and replacing insulation separately-it is never included in the price of setting out bait stations. We are sorry for the misunderstanding."

Went smoothly - the young man, Rudy Sorensen, was very helpful, professional, answered all my concerns about the fumigation process. All went well - Thank you Lethal Injection Company. They (Corky's) advised us to notify our police, which we did - Thank you San Diego Police! Our neighbor let us know that the SDPD did go through our home to make sure all was ok. We notified our neighbors to keep an eye on our home - thank you neighbors! I hope we won't have to use them again, but if these termites decide to return - we would surely call on Corky/Lethal Injection!

The webs continue to recur and thus have to assume that the spiders are still around. Admittedly, they're not as bad as they were. The service comes 4 times a year and sprays. Sometimes the person who comes does a great job at de-webbing with his handy-dandy duster and other times it's just hit and miss. It may just be the nature of the beast to withstand multiple spraying. There are no ants around the house or roaches, so that's a good secondary benefit. All the exterminators have been courteous.

After they had sprayed we ended up have termites that damaged our home and we thought they would pay for the damage because the spray did not work. They informed us that they could only spray again for them.
