"Absolutely horrible first experience in HOA's. The president said "I hate these people" on the Zoom call for our HOA meeting. Poor explanation for mathematics, was unprepared for any questions regarding costs and fees, just general aggression and disdain for the whole community. It was a bad look. The landscaping is admittedly bad. Apparently there's some shady family dealings going on regarding that. After the call, I'm not shocked."
