Edwin was great. He came out within a couple of days after making contact. Within 2 hours he had grinded all 4 stumps and it looks great. He was also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

Jeff was great. He responded within an hour of my contacting him. He came right out and walked the property with me and gave me an on the spot cost. He was priced very reasonably. We scheduled it for a time that aligned with my bulk pickup day. Due to the location of the trees there was lots of risk of damage to the house and neighbor's but there was not one misstep. They arrived earlier than expected, jumped right on the job, and finished in just under 7 hours. They cleaned up when they were done, which I greatly appreciated. I am going to use Jeff to cut down a tree at my mother's house next!

Jeff was great. He was very responsive. I sent him pictures and he was able to give me an estimate via text. We set an appointment and his guys showed up EARLY. They were finished in about 2 hours. They were very professional, they consulted me on the work, they hauled the debris to the curb for bulk trash pickup and they cleaned up the front yard. I couldn't be more pleased.

Great. Very pleased. Mr. Castro's employees did a great job cleaning up. $75 of the cost was to trim a few dead limbs off neighbor's oak that was hanging over in my yard.

Arrived on time. Within one hour had everything done, cleaned up, and neatly stacked for bulky trash pick-up. This is the third time I have used them. Jeff has excellent customer service and has always come through when I needed him and his crew.

I wanted to be there when they did the work because the last tree service I hired did not trim enough. I worried needlessly. The team of six started exactly on time and worked like crazy. The brush pile grew and grew and the tree began to take shape. I actually LIKE my tree now! Light filters through to the ground without completely blocking out the sun. They shaped it perfectly. Maybe I can now get some grass to grow. Palm trees in back were trimmed as well, with no issue.

Jeff was obviously busy, as were all of the companies I called, but understood my situation and arranged for a crew of six to come 3 days later. They were terrific. One guy even dove down to the bottom of my pool to pick up some small branches and pieces of a large clay pot that the tree had crushed as it went down. Jeff was not present for the work, but sent several texts throughout the morning making sure everything was being done to my satisfaction. I will use Castro Tree Service in the future and recommend them to others.

It went very well. Mr. Castro's crew were very professional and friendly. They worked hard (all 6 of them) and were able to complete the job in several hours. In addition, Jeff Castro is a great communicator and kept in touch with me before, during and after the project was finished. I highly recommend his tree service, particularly for anyone who has a challenging project.

Jeff asked me to send him pics of the trees and shrubs to allow for an accurate estimate, that worked great. He was able to get the job done right away; in-between our rain storms which I appreciated. The crew arrived on time and got right to work - finishing the job quickly including all the cutting/stacking/clean-up. Will definitely recommend them and use again if needed.

Castro Tree Service did an awesome job! Jeff met with me to go over the project and very graciously explained that he had several clients with emergencies from the recent storms that he needed to get to first. The first open date he had wouldn't work for me and since he really wanted me to be on site worked around my schedule. Jeff's crew were really careful and took great care in only cutting what is necessary from the trees. They cleaned everything up perfectly.

Castro's Tree Service performed all services very professionally, they were totally skilled in tree service. They performed detailed tree trimming with great precision. They dropped tree limbs that extended over my neighbor's yard in to my yard. They brought a six man crew that worked together to accomplish the task. They worked quickly and cleaned up every limb and leaf. Communication with Castro's Tree Service was great and job was completed in one week.

Jeff's bid was not the lowest, but was the best offering with the level of clearance and professionalism that we expected. This was a very large job, as the previous owners of our home were elderly and had let the property go without significant upkeep. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and professional to deal with (very prompt communication). Jeff's crew have been with his company for many years and he does not sub-contract. His crew was timely and worked with the fury of God's army-I am only exaggerating a little. They cleared most of the job within 2 days-and had to work a couple of hours on a Monday to finish off the rest (they showed up on time every time). No one slacked and my yard was a blur of tree/shrub sawing maniacs. They stacked the cut limbs neatly (and sawed into manageable sizes) on our sidewalk as the coming week is bulk trash week for us. We started 1 day after agreeing to the bid. Awesome experience-well worth the money.

Jeff stayed in constant contact with me and to let me know when his crew would be there. They showed up on time and cleaned up all the debris and leaves. Blew off all the leaves from the roof into the yard and raked all the leaves from the yard before leaving. There was a possibility that we may have had to push the date of the service back due to the weather but Jeff kept in contact and kept me up to date. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We couldn't be more pleased with the job Castro's Tree Services did for us! We contacted Jeff Castro about pruning and shaping two live oak trees. The trees had never been pruned, and were overgrown and misshapen. We included photos with our email, and Jeff said he'd do it for $300. At our request, he agreed to schedule us the week prior to our monthly bulk trash pickup so that the cuttings wouldn't sit too long at the curb. Jeff's crew was fantastic! They were professional, efficient, and did a terrific job with the pruning and cleanup. The trees have never looked better, the cuttings were stacked neatly by the curb, and they used a leaf blower to collect all the fallen leaves and twigs. We recommend Castro's Tree Services without hesitation!

I originally called about my giant pecan tree, but after talking to Jeff about my trees and budget agreed that a different set of trees should be trimmed. Jeff arrived early, we reconfirmed the work, then he had the crew trim and clean up four trees. I appreciate how knowledgeable he is, willing to share his expertise, then working within my budget. Castro is now my tree "go to" service. Thank you Jeff & co!
