I have a huge red oak tree in my front yard.  It was long overdue for a tree trim.  Mr. Sanchez and his team did an amazing job with my tree.  It has so much curb appeal now.  I'm very proud of the work performed. The team was very professional.  They cleaned up branches, leaves, and hauled everything off.  It doesn't look like they were there to trim the tree, but the tree looks wonderful in my yard.... I 'm very picky!!!  Great professional service, great price, and I'll definitely call him again to trim up my tree.

Work started at about 6:30 AM and was completed by 10:00 AM. Very efficient. No problems; no complaints. He cut the trees down to the roots, leaving only an inch or so of stump, as I had requested. I'm hoping the insects will eat at the stump at the roots as they had with 2 trees that were in my back yard. Then I can pry them out myself. But, I told Mr. Sanchez that if this does not happen, I would give him the job of removing them at a later date. I am quite pleased with the work; I am quite pleased with the service, AND, I am happy about the final price as well. The price quoted was the price I paid. No haggl8ing, no attempts at upsell. I would definitely use Sanchez Tree Service again.

His guys did excellent work, but the business side is very hinky. He hands me a form to sign that says that says the job would be $1,000 plus tax. We went around about the price and finally agreed on the $900 we initially discussed. They were unable to do one of the oak trees because it has two beehives in it, but he said he would take $100, even though he quoted me $350 for that. Then he only did one side of the oak tree because he thought I just wanted the driveway side done (which was not true). They took off one limb on the other side for $100. I did some research and it turns out that it is illegal to charge tax on a service. He claimed that he charges tax because he has to pay taxes on his income. Charging me for the taxes is essentially tax fraud. I have no problem with the work, but I do have a problem with their business ethics. I don't think they deserve an A rating.

Positive - trimmed one fruitless mulberry tree as agreed.
Negative - during at home quote, Sanchez promised to trim a few branches off additional second tree at original quoted price.  Once on site for job, claimed it would cost more to trim the second tree. When contacted, Sanchez claimed during quote, he said he would need to wait until crew arrived to make quote on second smaller job.  This is irrational.  So he was qualified to make quote on much larger tree but not on smaller tree??? My fault for not getting details of quote in writing beyond total price on back of Sanchez business card.

Mr. Sanchez was very prompt and communicated well during everything. He offered me a very competitive quote and was able to have a crew out at 7 a.m. the very next morning. They arrived right on time, and when I arrived home from work, the job was completed, firewood was stacked neatly, and the yard was clean of debris. I was very impressed with Mr. Sanchez's professionalism and the quality of work.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Haste makes waste. I needed to replace a rear property 5 ft. fence with a new 8 ft fence. The fence contractor said I needed to cut major branches on the mulberry tree or cut it down before they could install the new fence. Because my bulk trash pickup was just a few days ahead I was rushed to get this job done within 3 days. I called about 10 companies and three agreed to bid on April 23, Two cancelled that day leaving Sanchez Tree Service. Jesus Sanchez met me around 2:00 pm guaranteeing he could do the job on 4/25. I should have been even more cautious when he quoted me an $800 price which I rejected. Then he walked around the tree again and said he could do it for $600 cash. He wanted to charge me another $150 for stump grinding which I rejected, I asked how many hours would the job be and he said 4 to 4 1/2 hrs. for a five man crew (including him) which equaled about $150/crew hour. I felt he was high but I was between a rock and a hard place and I agreed. On the 25th he arrived promptly at 7:00 am and they began work. My consternation grew as his crew finished cutting limbs and trunk in 1 1/2 hrs. Cleanup took the total job to 1 hr. and 45 minutes. Obviously, I recognized that I had been taken. I confronted him on the difference in hours he said it would take and the actual time with him making OVER $300/hr. I tried negotiating and he just said pay him his money. I cautioned him that he was unfair and my evaluation on Angies List would be negative. He didn't appear concerned. Recognizing I had signed the contract I paid him feeling conflicted that I had just been ripped off! Lesson: Get a number of bids to find out what is reasonable.

They came over right away with a wood chipper in the back of the truck, they climbed up the tree and they did a whole beautiful job.

Mr. Sanchez was courteous and professional. He arrived on time for both the estimate and the work. He brought an experienced crew and they took the tree to the ground in a day. He also beat the other estimate I got by $650.

He arrived pretty much when expected and worked quickly. He had the tools needs to reach high places. Has a good eye for symmetry. Cleaned up and hauled away the trimmings.

Everything was fine. I have used him many times. I called him on a Saturday morning because I could not get in my garage.
Once he cut up the limb, it did not look so huge! His work was very good.

Sanchez Tree Service is probably the best company I've worked with in years. Exceedingly responsive to calls, excellent (extremely affordable) prices, punctual, does the work quickly, and does a great job. I called Mr. Sanchez, we set up an appointment. He arrived on time, gave me an estimate. I priced around other companies and he was the most affordable. The day the work was to be completed he arrived on time and completed the task quickly. He cut down one tree, removed the stump, and trimmed two other trees for the price of what others would charge for the same tree. I couldn't ask for more. I definitely would recommend him and would use his services again.

He did a good job. I would use him again in the future if I needed to.
