"Updated after owner threatened legal action from previous poor review. This one is more specific. Purchased a home that had recently had repair work done by Trusted Foundation a few months prior. Soon after I started getting large cracks around several doors and windows where the area where repairs were done, as well as another part of the house. First, I had a lot of trouble reaching anyone about the warranty. I left messages that were not answered. After a few weeks I did reach someone I was told an employee would come out and take measurements. Day of the appointment, no call no show. I try calling Pete, and after several attempts and messages I finally get an answer he says someone would come that afternoon. No show, no call, can't reach Pete. Eventually I reach who Pete comes and takes measurements. Verbal quote is $200 for warranty transfer, $50 per pier for adjustments, and 16 new piers. But I did not receive a written estimate even after follow-up. I finally gave up."
