The Perfect Lawn of North Texas

It took them 4 days to return our initial phone call. By then we had bids from two other firms and had already accepted one. I wouldn't hire a company that takes that long to return a phone call. Perhaps something has changed.

The grass looks so amazing and it super plush under foot. It make our yard look bigger. Everyone at the Perfect Lawn was so professional and responsive. They had it installed and looking great in no time and went so far as to trim our already existing landscape to look great. They have followed up and and checked on the lawn to make certain they have it manicured perfectly after installation to make certain it settles correctly etc.... I would recommend the Perfect Lawn to everyone!

First - I love the grass!!!!!  It's beautiful and will stay that way.  It accomplished less mud tracking as well.
The company was professional, friendly, always patient with questions and responded quickly.  The product is outstanding and even my neighbors who have rocks in their yard wish they had gone with the artificial grass. 
The crew that installed the yard were professional and were also very good at answering questions.  They even called me regarding an area to ensure we were all on the same page.  Their cleanup left my patio, yard and drive way cleaner than when they first arrived!
I would highly recommend them!

I know this was a tiny job for them but Lil was very responsive to all my requests and answered all my questions.  They showed up on time and completed the job in one day.  They cleaned up after themselves and when I got home from work I had a brand new lawn.  My dog loves the yard!  All of the bugs and ants that were living in my yard are completely gone.
I can't say enough good things about the customer service I experienced.  One of the owners showed up during the middle of the job to check on the progress and make sure I was happy with how things were going.  
This company really shined a few weeks later when my neighbor had foundation issues and without my permission tore up my new grass in order dig under their home.  Lil worked with me and all parties involved to resolve the issues and repair the damaged grass.  Once again, not only did the crew show up on time to make the repairs but one of the owners came by after to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was happy.
The Perfect Lawn was not the cheapest quote I received but it was definitely worth the little extra money for the excellent service I received even for my small job.  They definitely have a customer for life and I will use them again.

 After adopting an Old English Sheepdog with enormous feet, my back yard was trampled to death. I resodded, to no avail. My house floors were a filthy mess.  Then I came across an article about The Perfect Lawn of North Texas.  I was thrilled when I got a live person instead of a recorder when I called.  The exceptional customer service continued, because within 48 hours I had an estimator on site. They really know their product.  The estimator  (rightly) persuaded me to go with the pet friendly turf instead of the St Augustine I originally wanted, even though the cost was the same.  Said the dogs  would prefer it (they do) and that it would last longer. The estimate was within pennies of the final bill, no surprises. In spite of the fact the installers had to work around a paver path and a 30 year old oak in the middle of the year.  The installers called before arriving and arrived 15 minutes early each day to stage materials. Due to forecasted rain,  they expedited the installation, working late at no cost to me.  The owner called the day and the week after installation to ensure I was satisfied.  The turf cleans with water and is absolutely gorgeous. My friends do not believe it's artificial -- it's truly a perfect lawn.
