"My family and I started the process of getting a generator back in May. We signed the necessary documents and work began the beginning of June. Our neighbor ended up calling Centerpoint due to smelling gas and that's when it was discovered that we had a gas leak. This could've ended tragically for my family and myself and even the neighborhood. Since Centerpoint was here, they did end up shutting off the generator. So now we're back to square one with no generator and no phone call from when this matter will be resolved from the d*** company after I've made several phone calls, text messages, and emails."
