BlueFrog's response and overall management of this sewage failure was tremendous. The first and more important action taken was to identify the severity of the failure - was it a failure of the line on the customers' property or was it the responsibility of the municipal service that it was attached to - using great scopes to see where the damage was and who owned it was discovered by Richard's ( leader on the situation) using some expensive and high-powered scopes. As a result, the sewage district accepted the evidence that it was their system's failure and they would accept responsibility to fix it. How big of a deal was this? In the thousands of dollars, maybe bordering on tens of thousands as the failed line had to dug out about 12-17 feet down. By the district accepting it, we payed a fraction of the costs. The excavation and repair was finished within 7-8 hours after it was identified. We never left our home. So what did BlueFrog have? Great technology to discover where the failure occurred and, thereby, who owned it. They pressed the case professionally and convincingly in representing our interests Add in a fast overall response, professionalism with all parties, they reduced our costs to below $400 (overall). Totally professional and effective, the value saved by homeowners (2) was huge. If you think a huge plumbing problem could happen to you (or even a smaller one), these are the guys to call because this kind of failure needs a fast and reliable response.
