"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. Plus, the price was more reasonable compared to "the big shower remodeling companies""

"We did quite an extensive home upgrade - moved plumbing, moved walls, changed ceiling and walls texture, added windows, and completely gutted the exterior garage to turn into a nice insulated workshop. Innovo Rennovations listened to everything we asked for and offered suggestions when needed. They are wonderfully flexible to work with and strive to deliver a quality product. We reported some things we were not happy with at the final walk through, but Kurt and team rallied everyone quickly to fix everything without any further issues. They were able to do all the work from plumbing, electrical, floor installation, tile floor & shower, install and paint new cabinets, move windows and exterior repair. "Hired them to level one corner of an addition which was sinking and had broken the slab foundation resulting in a crack and non level floor in that corner. They jacked up the sunken corner and supported it with footings. I was generally satisfied with the work. However, the contract specified that they were to then come in and cut out a two foot trench (one foot each side of the ~15' crack in the slab), remove the rubble, drill in rebar to the two sides and refill the trench with concrete. After jacking up the corner, the two management level guys oohed and ahhed about how good the crack looked. They suggested that cutting the trench was not necessary. So, what I got was a guy spent a few hours grinding the two sides of the crack smooth in a few places and then pushing concrete into the crack. I was OK with that. However, that's a LOT of work they had just been relieved of and I felt a price adjustment was appropriate. That was not forthcoming. They charged me the full amount even though they did not have to do a big chunk of work they had signed a contract to do. So, despite what I felt was generally good work, I came away from the experience with a bad taste of "bait and switch". Be prepared for that if you hire them."

"THE WHOLE JOB WAS AMAZING!! THANKS!! We had been wanting to get new windows for years, but the prices were ridiculous. Then Rick called, we agreed to let him come out and give us a price. We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. The real test came this winter, with our old windows wind came in all around them. No problem this winter no wind, nice and cozy. "
