I have employed George for several months on different projects. He is fast and efficient, hauls away debris or junk I don't need. His prices are fair and he's a hard worker couldn't ask for a better contractor / handyman!

Very well from beginning to end

Very smoothly.

He came when he said he would and worked until the job was finished. He cleaned up and hauled away everything. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. The quality of his work was excellent and his prices were very fair.

Excellent. George is a very hard worker, professional and does excellent work.

George had to remove drywall, insulation, and some other debris from the hallway ceiling. He sealed off the hallway and bedroom doors with plastic to reduce the amount of dust exposure in the area. He hauled away 6 - 10 trash bags full of material that was scrap from the demo. The job wasn't easy since there were some irregularities with the construction of the house, duct work, and wires. There was also no AC and he had a significant amount of workaround. He sized up the job, gathered materials, and built a box frame to secure the attic door. The cost was worth it considering the amount of labor that was required to get the job done. He cleaned up the job site afterwards. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result.

GEORGE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, WAS PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, COMMUNICATED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND DID THE JOB AS HE HAD LAID OUT TO ME.  I HAD REMOVED THE SHEETROCK PRIOR TO THE JOB AND HAD PURCHASED THE MATERIALS THAT HE NEEDED.  THIS HAD CUT DOWN ON TIME SPENT AND COST OF THE WORK.  I WOULD RECOMMEND GEORGE AND WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN FOR OTHER WORK.  HE IS VERY BUSY WITH OTHER JOBS WHICH TELLS YOU HOW MUCH HE IS IN DEMAND.

After not showing up or calling for our first arranged meeting George called and apologized. I told him I still needed the work done. He and the guys he has working with him did a great job. I would definitely recommend him and if the need arises I will hire him again.

George did a great job.  He was very hardworking and knowledgeable.  I was worried about the mess that there would be in my bathroom once he did the tear out of the shower tile, but George created a "bubble" of plastic to contain the area during tear out, so that the dust did not escape into the bathroom and the rest of the house.  No other contractor that I have used in the past had ever been as conscientious about that before.  Then after the tear out of the shower, he vacuumed, so by the time he left, the bathroom was cleaner after the tear out than it was before.  George also worked with my schedule so that I would not miss too much time from work.  The shower looks beautiful now, very updated.  George made my shower look better than I thought possible!  He also did a few additional things after he was paid for the job, which I thought was exceptional since many contractors are gone as soon as they get paid.  It was nice to find an honest contractor.  I would imagine that he will be my "go to guy" in the future.  Thank you, George! 

Wow. George does outstanding work. We had him do a full remodel of our rental homes restroom. The remodel required the entire interior to be ripped out down to the studs. The plumbing required heavy modification as well as updating. He installed new fixtures, toilet, standup shower, cabinet, and ran new electrical. His eye for quality is amazing and he is very picky about how a structure should be repaired.

George is one of the few contractors we've met who actually shows up when he says he will! He is a real professional- very prompt and he spent a lot of time talking us through everything, and answering a lot of questions we had about maintaining the house. George does quality work and he follows through to make sure the customer is happy. When we had questions after it was done he came back out that evening and spent more time with us making sure we were happy with the repairs- even got back on the roof and showed us some other preventative maintenance that needed attention from a roofer (unfortunately he doesn't do roofing!). His estimate was higher than one we had gotten elsewhere, but we have no regrets because we have peace of mind that everything was done properly the first time. Definitely worth it and he will be the first one we call when we need this type of work done in the future.

George Godin oversaw the project all the way through to completion.  He and another contractor he provided took care of the following:   Demolition of the existing floors and haul away, prep and installed new laminate flooring.  Prep and paint all the walls and ceilings. Installation of sun shades.  Changing out of bathroom fixtures.  Plumbing included new toilets and shower fixtures, as well as new kitchen sink and hardware.  We also added new kitchen appliances where he helped me retrofit a particular appliance I wanted.  Mr. Godin did a lot of trouble shooting with me along the way.  He did everything one could ask of him and more - including helping us unload and put together furnishings to help meet a deadline.  He did his best to keep the project moving and keep me happy. I found him to be honest and caring and I will use him again in future. 

George was on time, very professional, got the job done, and did not charge much for what he did. I will use George in the future whenever I need something done.

I have a rent house that needed to be brought up to code. George said he could complete the work for $7000. There was a back bathroom that needed to be renovated, interior of house was repainted except ceilings, many electrical repairs were done, water damage in garage was repaired and several plumbing repairs performed. He also replaced and painted 9 interior doors and installed 2 closet doors.
I thought George's bid was somewhat high but I was in a bind so I went with him as he could start right away. George got started on time. As George got into the job he uncovered more and more problems. I was happy that George wanted to "do things right" but I was also clear that that the budget was $7000. I know George did his best to keep the cost down but he quickly went $1000 over budget which was too much in my opinion. 
George was really good about showing up on time. He was good at keeping me in the loop about what was going on. George also
took care of all the other contractors (plumbers and electricians) which helped me a lot.
George ended up doing a lot more work than we had discussed but it ended up costing me a lot more than I had budgeted.
I was happy with the work that George did. He did a nice job on all the repairs. He was very professional, did a good job at cleaning up and finished the job on time. The house rented in 2 days.
I would certainly use George again.

Our master bathroom tiled shower was leaking from the corner that adjoins the bedroom.  George responded quickly to my inquiry and came over the next morning to take a look.  He confirmed our suspicions that it was most likely a shower pan leak.  He was upfront about labor cost to demo the shower and install a new custom shower.  Demo was completed within a couple days and he rolled right into creating us a great shower. 
Only unexpected costs during the process was a plumber subcontractor to repair a previously installed mis-aligned drain.  We decided while the wall was open to take the opportunity to change out the shower valve for new fixtures and raise the shower head.
Overall, George did a great job keeping the worksite and our home clean throughout the demo and construction process.  He was punctual and always willing to provide advice and guidance on remodeling choices.  
The end result is a great custom shower.  We will definitely look to him for future projects! 

Very happy with him. Did a good job painting. Gave advise on type of paint for me to purchase. Got the new microwave for me and  brought it to job  which helped as I was short on time for shopping. Has been good to carry off  the old items that were replaced.

George was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted. He completed the job in less than 2 days. I am very pleased with his work and will call on him to do all my future construction work. I have already recommended him to my friends and family.

The restroom looks great, totally new restroom. Mr. Godin did a great job, he is a professional and does great work. It has really made our life easier and my husband feels safe now with handicap bars in the shower.
