He never finished the carpet. He didn't have the proper tools to stretch or seam the carpet correctly. I asked him the day after he installed the carpet if he would stretch the carpet and he told me, "My friends son took my tools." As for the tile installation, Mr. Hill didn't use tile spacers or a trowel. He used drywall screws for the hardy board. Mr. Hill was also kind enough to dump thin set all over my tree outside. Oh and a special thanks for the thin set washed down the kitchen sink. I not only had to re-buy all the tile and hardy board he wasted, I had to re-do my kitchen plumbing.
There are many more things I have to say about his work ethic and professionalism. Be warned and don't use this dude!

Great value. Ron works fast and is adapted to working outdoors in the heat. I've been in the construction business all my life and Ron is a great worker with a great attitude.
