His tips did solve my problem. I was so impressed that he was not just trying to take advantage of me and come fix something that that as it turned out, I could fix myself. As a result, I will use Jack and Arrow Appliance Repair for all my future appliance repair work. Jack is honest and I so appreciate that

    They've been pretty good actually. I had gotten a reminder on my email about that. We did use them but I just wanted to double check and make sure because it was actually my mother who had called them and I wanted to make sure it was Arrow and not another provider. They were very helpful because they recommended a place that we could get the part repaired for the stove since it's an old stove and that part is no longer available. They did charge for the visit I think. I don't know what they charged. Whatever the standard is I think for the visit I think that's what they charged. They said if we needed them to do further repairs that would be included since we already paid something. So it was minimal. I think the price was fair. I think that's pretty much the going rate. On quality, as far as this goes it was good and I appreciated them telling that there was some place that we could get it repaired. We had to send the part off. That was okay. That was fine and it's not their fault. It's the part is not available. They're no longer making it. The only option was to get another stove or to get the part fixed. I didn't even know it was able to be fixed because it was a circuit board on the stove. They told us where we could send it to get it repaired. It had nothing to do with them, but they knew that there was a place that it could be fixed. So that's what we did. As far as I know on punctuality, since my Mom was actually the one who had the appointment, I don't think there was an issue there. On professionalism again I don't think there was any issue with that. I think it was fine. We have actually used them a number of times. They're pretty nice because I've called them with just an appliance question sometimes and they answer your questions. They don't say we have to come look at it and charge you an hour

    Went well both times. Ended up with working appliances, and the servicemen (different guys, both clean cut) were very nice. The serviceman working on the 38-yr-old fridge/freezer was 1 yr older than the unit; and he had to call in to his boss to get some "old school" training on how to fix the wiring on such an old unit, which worked out just fine, because he ended up being able to fix it. We were very pleased to be able to keep on using our same old fridge/freezer

    They had a young lady come out and do the work, and she had it fixed in no time. This is the 2nd time this part has went out on this same refrigerator and Sears fixed it last time for about 40.00 more. So the price here was right.
