    I could not have been more pleased. My garage door broke on Saturday. I called Monday morning and the repairmen came at about 1:30 p.m. They had everything repaired by 2:30. Checked everything over again before leaving. The response time was amazing and the repairs were done in such a timely manner. The quote given over the phone was what I paid, not a penny more. The repairman even checked my garage door opener and told me that it had been installed in 2000 according to the sticker on it. . . .just to give me heads up. I really appreciated that

    Knowledge and service were outstanding. They were on site within about 4 hours of being called. The 2 man crew reinforced the door and attached a new bracket. They retensioned the spring, lubricated the spring and all rollers and hinges, and cleaned up the wiring. They checked and made a slight adjustment to the stop limit on the opener. The problem was caused by a poor installation of the garage door opener by another contractor

When they noted the type of spring my door needed, they said they have it at their shop and will return later to fix my door. They returned later in the day, fixed my door in about 45 minutes, and were on their way. I was pleased to notice my door was quieter because they also lubricated all of the moving parts

    They were able to come out 2 hours after I initially called them. They were on-time, professional, and quickly diagnosed and adjusted my garage door so that it opens and closes smoothly. The garage door previously required quite a bit of effort to open and close, rubbed against the garage door frame, was very jerky when moving, and sounded terrible. After about 30 minutes of work, they were able to get it operating smoothy again. They even looked over all components of the garage door system and replaced a few bolts and screws. Great experience

    Yesterday morning I noticed some water dripping down from the ceiling and a huge water ring. In addition to that, the bedroom door casing was cracked and water logged along with the sheetrock. Due to the recent storm activity, I automatically assumed it was a roof leak. I called several roofers to see if someone could come out immediately but to no avail, especially since there had been some extensive hail in the area. Ware Roofing was recommended to me by a coworker. I called them and they came out that same afternoon. After inspecting the roof, they determined it was not the roof that was leaking, it was my water heater that is in the attic. They purchased a new one and installed it the same afternoon! I couldn't be happier! They didn't ask for any money up front and they installed it for $600, including the water heater. Today, they are back and repairing my ceiling, wall and door casing for $500 including material. Extremely professional and very pleasant demeanor. I will update my review once its complete and try to get some pics of the before and after of the repairs

    Albert was the plumber who came to do the job. He worked very hard for an hour to try to unstop the main wastewater line behind our home using a large metal snake line but it was impossible due to a stoppage in the city main. Albert recommended that I contact the city and I did and they came out the same afternoon and accessed the city main and eliminated the drain stoppage. Albert didn't charge me one penny for the work because about 12 days earlier the inside and outside drain lines had been snaked by a different plumber from Graf, who was also a very good worker. Being that the drain obstruction was in the city main the drain slowly clogged again after the first visit. But these Graf plumbers are very good people to hire. They're polite, they're good workers, very good, and the charges are reasonable for the amount of work done. Graf Plumbing stands behind their work and I recommend them, again.     It went great, despite terrible, wet weather! Mark and his team were great - very easy to talk to and deal with. We spoke on the phone at length prior to setting up the service, and once arrangements were made, they were on time and done in the amount of time they said it would take, despite the fact that we were experiencing terrible weather that week.
