He is very patient and level headed. (He put up with THIS old lady!) What I thought was going to be just putting in a new electric box turned into a huge headache, not Stephen fault, but city of corpus requirements that meant having to have a new electric pole put in and Stephen having to excavate a line in my front yard to run underground line that was required by the city. Through all of it, Stephen kept me informed and updated on the progress. He did such an awesome job from start to finish! I just wish he was in the Austin area to take care of my electric down here!"

"Parnell Haynes is in a class by himself. Customer service is what he is about. I had a home standby generator install at my home two weeks ago. He kept me informed days in advance when they were showing up and work being preformed and they were on time and do first rate work. Bill and Juan did outstanding work and everything works perfectly. Tonight I lost power and in less than 10 seconds my generator took over automatically and we are staying nice and cool and running as if nothing even happened. Cant say enough about these guys they are the best. Prompt, courteous and on time every time."
